The entire staff was very professional, helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable with quiet closing doors, the soundproofing of the rooms, even the excellent smelling hand soaps, allowing us to relax and get well rested.

I would only try to give the cleaning staff the time to routinely deep clean the bathroom shower doors and sink area. It’s the first area in a hotel that starts falling into disrepair or neglected looking.

The location is great, close to everything I needed. The breakfast was exceptional. The man who prepared the items was extremely pleasant and did such a great job. I really appreciated his kindness to just talk as he was getting things done and I was getting my breakfast.

I really cannot think of anything that I found not to my liking. It has always been a pleasure to stay there when I have to come to Texas to take care of my mother in a nursing home.

The wonderful front desk staff set the tone for our short stay. They were so friendly and helpful, offering us complimentary water on a very hot Texas day. The hotel is easy to find, spacious, clean and plentiful parking. The room was very comfortable and we had a nice view from the window. And my daughter was so happy to discover the Texas-shaped waffle maker at breakfast; thank you for that bit of fun!

Employees were fantastic. I couldn’t have asked for a more pleasant and attentive experience. They all deserve a raise.

Breakfast was lacking. It was ok, but was hoping for a bit more variety. Biscuits, bacon, pancakes, scrambled eggs, easy/cheap to make in bulk. The bananas were gone by the time we arrived. The waffles were delicious and the option to make small or large sizes was nice. The man in the kitchen was very nice and made my kids some omelets with just cheese as they do not like the peppers in the southwest omelette. The man saved the day!

The location to the high school, eating places, and shopping.

That we were only there for 7 hours because we traveled on a charter bus to a play-off football game that was 4 hours away. My husband is the receivers coach and the Head Track Coach at Smithson Valley High School.I wish we had received a discount.

Good place to stay in bulverde . Easy check in, breakfast good, staff very good, still in good condition. Close Walmart , restaurants, bar, fitness,

The price is going up and up but it’s the only hotel around .

We love this property. It’s clean and the staff is very friendly. We love the location because it’s close to my family.

Nice hot breakfast, the current standard buffet with a good selection of juices and cereals. Only one selection of meat and scrambled eggs. At this price point it could be a little nicer.
