The staff was pretty damn awesome. Super friendly. The breakfast was jam up. probably the best continental breakfast I've ever had. The Hot tub was nice on the cold mornings.

Well we stayed 3 nights.... So almost 4 days. and housekeeping stopped by one time on the second day and I asked if they could please circle back in at least 10 minutes to give me time to get the kids up and out of their way. They said they would, and I even asked the manager to please have them come by that morning. Needless to say, that didn't happen.

I liked how clean and convenient everything was in the hotel.

I didn't like that the rooms were very compact it almost felt as if we purchased a large room in the city of Tokyo. Also there is only one entrance in and out so if you blink you have to go around the entire highway just to enter back in there is no other way to get into this place so if you blink good luck getting back in time to go to sleep.

Receptionist was kinda rude. I have been staying in hotels all over San Antonio especially that area of 1604. But to be told no rooms were available before 3pm check is kinda strange. Out of 3 floors of rooms NON WERE AVAILABLE.

Nice hot breakfast with some daily variety. Very close to freeway and shopping like next to Walmart and Costco. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room and good Internet connection.

Though next to freeway, it's not easy to drive back to the hotel because of the one way restrictions of the roads. Not sure about safety as there's a vehicle theft nearby the day of our arrival. Beds are sunk in the middle and somewhat uncomfortable.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It is a wonderful place to stay in San Antonio if you want comfort, affordability, and great service. The staff was super friendly, and the facilities were nice and comfortable. I would definitely come back.

The breakfast could have been a bit better or tastier. The pancake maker did not work and the coffee and water (for tea) were cold.

Breakfast was good and the location of the hotel was convenient with several restaurants, stores and movies in close proximity. Room was clean and housekeeping did a good job.

We received a phone call from the desk by accident at 7 am on the one day we were going to sleep in which loudly woke us up. The tub was making noises when we stepped in it.

Room was clean, access was easy, and check in and out were quick. It was perfectly reasonable for the price of the room.

The AC unit in the room was a bit on the noisy side. Breakfast was just ok. There were eggshells in the scrambled eggs, but otherwise it was your basic included breakfast.

I liked the room: spacious separate sleeping and sitting areas, very comfortable king bed, sofa and arm char and desk, two TVs, microwave and refrigerator, big bathroom. pretty decorations in the room and around the lobby. Hot breakfast.

Exactly what you would expect from the chain, clean and functional room, no luxury but with all you need for a quick stay.

Breakfast was somehow limited in options and the location is quite far from the center with nothing close by except from a couple of restaurants.

The free full breakfast was excellent, they always kept the food full, the scrambled eggs and Texas shaped waffles were delicious, everything was good. They even had a expresso machine that my husband liked. The hotel was very nicely decorated and clean.

Our toilet seat was broken room 328, but It was manageable. Nothing else, everything was good, the parking, the lobby.
