The Staff were unbelievable helpful. To asking for a room where I could walk into the shower to helping me in every other demand. Rachel and the young lady from the morning with glasses (sorry I did not get your name) were exceptional. To the gentleman doing maintenance were extremely helpful and very kind and welcoming. By far the friendliness place My family and I stayed. The elevators were bigger than normal. Breakfast was very good. Amazing area and it's surrounding places. Felt very safe very high income area. Thanks to the Staff members for making the trip for my family and I a GREAT AND CONFORMABLE place to stay. Most definitely be staying here again!

The sitting in the breakfast area. It filled up fast because it was small. The pool was quiet small but the exceptional services makes up for it. The bar was more expensive than the other Marriott hotels I've stayed.

The comfort and cleanliness of my King Suite was exceptional. The bathroom was beautiful and there were full bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash in shower. I didn’t have a moment where things were not plentiful. The bath, hand and face towels were x 4 and wanting extra towels seems to be a problem in most hotels. These were lofty and pristine. The bed was so comfortable and soft duvet and pillows were amazing. The ac worked. All the time. There wasn’t a need to ask for an adjustment. Microwave and refrigerator were so nice to have. The large sofa, ottoman, desk and bar area allowed for spreading out my belongings, food and work area. TV was nice for streaming my own channels and was viewable from both bed and sofa. This will be my go to hotel from now on when visiting family and working with medical facilities. Thank you to the friendly staff and the huge breakfast every day. Excellent hospitality and I’ve stayed in all the hotels at the Rim. This one is the best.

Staff was excellent and complementary

First night arrival there was a jolly rancher type red stain on my comforter, and then it was a Friday night so they did not do cleaning service on Saturday. I usually get Springhill suites because they offer a 6 mile radius free shuttle, which really helps on convention trips but I had to get an Uber so that was unfortunate but still a good location.

The hotel is very clean, the breakfast was okay didnt have many options! The bar is open from 5-10 but it is very pricy! Perfect location to target and many other stores including six flags

The shower had a weird smelled when i would shower! The pool was not so clean

Everyone was so kind and welcoming, the facility was clean and close to everything. I had last minute accommodation requests and they provided them with no problem. The room was very big but cozy it had everything we needed.

Breakfast really hit the spot. Nice hot shower after a long day of walking and shopping. I felt the comfort of being at home on the couch relaxing.

The cocktail bar was not in use. Semi disappointed. I don't drink very often but it would have been nice to have a drink to end the day.

Breakfast was nice, room was clean, staff were WONDERFUL.

King beds are not king size. My husband and I can sleep with all 3 kiddos in our bed. This bed barely fit us two and one kid.

This hotel is amazing, from the staff to the facility and everything else that comes with this home away from home.

There is nothing negative that i've experienced from tis hotel.

Bathroom barn door is horrible. It offers zero privacy and not something we liked at all. Breakfast was ok.
