The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Breakfast was pretty good.

Was checked in and went to room. Key card did not work. Went back to service desk and they fixed it. Went back to room and opened the door to find someone else's stuff in room. I'm so happy they weren't in the room or they would have freaked out. Went back to service desk and got correct room. The device that holds the shampoo and conditioner on the wall in the shower was loose and annoying. The paint was missing on a large portion of the sheetrock by the shower. There appeared to be patches of mold on the bathroom ceiling from the humidity. The toilet paper holder was falling off where it was mounted. The oatmeal at breakfast came in packets instead of being made hot and ready.

Breakfast was great. No complaints. We went to Fiesta Tx. So the location was great. I like the idea that there was a restraunt on each side of us. We had a good time.

Kids were running up and down the hall. It echos in the place so it intensified the echos. But to give the mothers credit they did make sure the kids were in by 10. Not to bad! The way the hotel is designed there is not much you can do about the echo. We had a good time to us that is all that matters.

This is the best hotel for us in the medical area. Every time we have visits with our doctor from the kidney transplant this is the hotel we choose. We haven’t tried out the swimming pool yet, but that’s our next thing to do there.

I wish the lobby was more inviting and looked better.

The room was clean and comfortable. It was a very nice place.

The coffee pot was missing,the blow dryer was melted and could have been a fire hazard and should have been taken out or replaced. I didn't complain because overall the Motel was very nice and management may not have been told about these things from the cleaning staff. They may need to exterminate because there was a very annoying cricket in the room that I could not find.

the pool was slimey and gross the first day we were there. it was so bad you couldn’t even see the bottom of the pool. the fountains didn’t work and it was just sad. by the time we left the fountains we’re working again and we could see the bottom of the pool & the water was clear.

I liked the size of the room and the comfy beds.

The pool was closed for the season. Understandable, but I had booked specifically for the pool and was sad it was closed. Wish it stayed open year round since it is Texas.

Upon arrival I had requested accommodations for two queen beds and one sofa bed. Well I had to rent another room because they only had one king and a sofa bed. It cost be another $170. Just so we could all have a bed. Luckily my daughter is old enough to have separate room with her daughter. So Paul said there was really nothing he could do Upon checking out the young lady was very apologetic.

Very nice hotel. It had all of the amenities that you could need in the room. The breakfast was a full breakfast menu and it was very good. Most places only serve cereal, variety of breads, etc. no complaints on this hotel. They actually have maid service everyday also. That is something that you do not see anymore!

You could hear everything the neighbors on each side of you and on the ceiling were doing so it had a tendency to get a little noisy at times.

Everything was just delicious

I found a roach in the bathroom I found a Reese empty bag in the coffee maker area, the ac unit was a little hard to manipulate. The room was good but, need a little bit of remodeling. Everything else was excellent. Thank you

Breakfast was really good staff was good as well Paul at the front desk was excellent very polite he made sure that our stay was very satisfied

Our truck was vandalized maybe need to have some kind of security
