I like the design of the suite. Nice kitchen, living area that's separate from the bedroom

This was our second visit and traveling with our 7 year old autistic child. She became very sick, causing us to leave 1 day early. When checking out, the young dark headed front desk person was very rude. Her lack of compassion for the situation was uncalled for. I spoke with the manager, who apologized and removed the extra day charges. This will allow us to continue to stay here in the future. I would like to add that on both visits we couldn't use the pool as the water was freezing. It would be great if it was heated or indoors

The location was really good between the Airport and the home I was visiting. There was an HEB close by which made it easy to grab some snacks. It was also close to downtown for a visit to the River Walk. The room and the hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. I am not a big breakfast eater but the breakfast was nice with the proverbial waffle machine. I would stay at this location when travelling to San Antonio again.

There was some loud music at a neighboring hotel which was a little disturbing but then it began storming and that drowned out the sound of the music.

I liked that the hotel has all the accommodations needed for a family stay, including extra blankets. There is a charger and power outlet in every room, except the shower of course lol. Not too sure about the layout of the parking, couldn't keep an eye on my vehicle from the room my family stayed in. They do close all entrances for vehicles around the hotel except the front main one and have security, at least the night I was there. The guest sitting and breakfast area is very pretty and the layout is great. The pool is not too big, however, it is certainly enough to get out of the heat. The beds could use a more comfortable mattress.

I don't like that there is only one elevator and the carpet was pretty dirty. The tub still had some residue near the drain. The neighborhood is pretty decent, there were other hotels as neighbors which makes it much more comforting. There are a lot of stores, restaurants, and gas stations, including an HEB in the vicinity. It was very convenient, not to mention ATMs.

The breakfast had alot of variety. The front desk allowed us to text for needs which is great because I hate speaking to people. The hotel was the cleanest one I've been to so much so that I actually used the linens which never happens I usually just feel gross because I'm a germaphobe, the shampoo and conditioner made my hair feel amazing. The ladies were constantly refilling the breakfast items and even switched from refried pintos for carnitas, they were even kind enough to provide us with a bag of ice for our cooler.

Loved the room. Very clean and I felt it was a great location to nearby to different establishments.

Breakfast was ok. I ended up with two rotting toasts, but I disposed of them, I didn't mention it to the service person because she seemed annoyed already about something else. I have stayed in several different Homewood suites, but the breakfast has never been very pleasing to me.

Bed was so comfortable and so relaxing. Love that they are two tvs one in the sofa bed area and one in the room love the mirror I am always amazed by the set up. I also loved the breakfast area!! Amazing will be coming back.

We did have a problem with the restroom and trash cans so when I got their there was only one trash can in the mirror not in the restroom which was a problem since we did have an incident of the bathroom toilet being stuck but it was sorted off. I wish they could leave trash bags behind and more trash cans especially in restroom. Besides that everything perfect.

I absolutely loved the suite. Mini apartment with full kitchen amenities. Free hot breakfast was amazing. Lots of healthy options to choose from. Staff was super friendly. Excellent location. Easy access to the service road near the highway. Super clean and spacious rooms.

Snug bathroom. I mean very tight. The eggs were great but no cheese in them next time. Guests dropped food on the floor but no one picked it up so guests were stepping on the food. Tables in the lobby were unclean. I asked for a receipt for my stay and the check in staff person was sassy about my getting a receipt thru my online app. I still asked for a receipt and she refused to give me one. I was not happy about that.

The size of the room was big. Felt like a little apartment. Breakfast was good!! Really enjoyed the beautiful patio area. Took advantage of the grill as well. And the kids had a great time in the pool! Overall, it was a wonderful place to stay!!

Nothing much that I didn't like. I just felt that the kitchen could have been better stocked with items like more cooking utensils, tupperware, large bowls, etc. And there was not any dishwashing soap & scrubber.

The breakfast was good and u like the fact that it was not the same things every day, the change up was good. Having a kitchen in the room really helps out when you have kids. Also it was a lot of room and space for my family. It was clean and didn't have to worry about bed bugs or any other bugs cause i have had a bag experience with a few other hotels but not this one. Thank you all so much.

I have not complaints at all.

Had a 2 bedroom suite with a mini kitchen and living room. First impression felt like the size of an apartment. Parents took the secondary bedroom with the secondary bathroom, while we took the main en suite. Kitchen had facilities like pots to use. Travelled with a baby so counter space in kitchen and table space in bedroom was ample.

Location of unit was at the end where the basketball court is. Not sure if there is a cut-off time for use but pretty sure there were noises after 10pm but thankfully it did not go on all night.
