The breakfast was so good. Kitchen staff was super helpful on Tuesday morning I told them I couldn’t eat early due to me take some medication and had to wait 1 hr to eat so they told me make yourself the plate and we will wrap with aluminum foil so you can have something to eat. Then on Wednesday morning the other staff was also very helpful . So I had a great time . This is my second time staying her and for sure I will continue to stay when I come to San Antonio Tx .

The hotel and rooms are pretty clean and the price is decent for the location. We stayed in the king suite and our room included a TV, microwave, fresh towels, and WiFi. The stay includes a simple breakfast menu. The hotel is located close to several gas stations and restaurants which we found convenient.

It took a couple minutes for the front desk staff to acknowledge us. The employees were very serious and looked like they didn't want to be there. The shower water was cold and took about 15 minutes of constant running to finally heat up. This is okay if you enjoy cold/lukewarm showers.

Loved how close it was to the Hospital my husband needed to go to. The beds were very comfortable. The front desk attendant gave us the medical discount.

They didn't have my reservation, so I had to reserve it there at a different price. The front desk attendants we're very friendly. The gentleman was a little better once he knew we were there for medical reasons. The bathroom door was missing a pin for the hinge, and they didn't fix it, although we told them twice. Laundry room on our floor was out of order.

I like that the hotel was central to everything that I needed to do that week. It was 10-15 minutes in any direction and I was exactly where I needed to be. Despite being right along the freeway, the room was quiet minus the occasional motorcycle. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, but best of all -- that hotel breakfast was really good. I haven't had a hotel breakfast like that since before covid.

The one real let-down was the fact that the pool was closed for maintenance the whole time. I was directed to another hotel that the owner owns, and we went there, but that was more hassle than it was worth since that hotel pool wasn't as nice. It was open again the morning that we left. I suppose I can be happy that they care about the safety of their pool. I definitely wanted to use it.

Closet and drawers were very small. Not enough space for two people. The breakfast, which is the case at most hotels that serve breakfast) there were too many carbs and no meat alternative for people who don't eat pork. Lastly, only half the channels on the TV worked. Made for a very boring time.

I just needed a play to rest for the night (I stayed 4 nights), and the room felt very comfortable. There's an elevator, which is convenient. I was only on the second floor so I took the stairs and got to my room quickly. The staff is nice. I would stay here again.

The pillows are too low and do not have enough cushion. The bathroom is pretty spacious for one person, not two. FOR YOUR INFORMATION - If you place a "do not disturb" sign out of your room, cleaning services will not bring you new towels or clean your trash. But when I didn't place the sign, they came in and cleaned the trash which is good!

The breakfast was okay. The first day after check in, the breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the omelette. The next day, the eggs was runny and the sausage was cold. I really did not enjoy the coffee at all. Other than that, my stay was very good. Thank you

The breakfast was tasty. The a/c ran cold if you wanted it to. The staff helped when a problem ariased.

I didn't have hot water in the room. The first night. They didn't have a room ready to change me to. Then the next day I talked to the front desk worker and she put me in another room. I tiny hikup in a great experience.

Davey really helped us put alot. He was able to get us in a room with an open shower for my husband. He was understanding and really seemed to care about his job. Thanks for caring.

Stain on the sheets and TV remote was really dirty.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious.

Bed was hard for my liking. Easy to hear everything going on in the hallways.Also I couldn't plug my phone charger into outlet, it would keep falling out. And this may be normal to most, but I was surprised to see a hold for the amount of my stay on my account after the fact I had already paid for the room.
