The main attraction to this location was the walking distance to Methodist Hospital--about half a city block. The room was clean except for some human hair on the floor. I felt secure with the usual hotel locks and safety locks on the door. Did not detect any odors such as cigarette smoke. The air conditioning worked. The linens were clean.

The physical appearance is a little shabby but this is an old building and costs half the price of a modern motel--you get what you pay for. Linoleum tiles are worn, there was a hole in sheetrock and fairly large dent. I was a little aggravated several times at having to go downstairs to the office to get my room key activated. I would stay there again if I had a loved one in the Methodist.

Very friendly and helpful staff.The room was clean and the facility was very quiet .Great location. I totally appreciate the fact thar my pup was welcome. I would definitely stay here again.

The air conditioner was not working as well as it should have been.

Everything was great and smooth. Clean decent property for the price. Spacious and clean room. No smell. Fresh and nice. It was a cold night so a carpet was missing but a room heater was there so that helped. I can take it again.

It was still under renovation but the room was done. There was NO breakfast and TV was pretty limited.

Inside and outside of the hotel are well maintained,friendly staff ,room was clean and bed comfortable.

The size of the room, the location, and the quietness. The bathroom was very nice and there was lots of hot water! The microwave and refrigerator were a nice addition.

The coffee machine was not working, so no morning coffee. When I asked about it, I was told it had not worked for a while,but they were planning on having it repaired. Also, they need new bathmats.

Good location to stay while visiting loved ones in the hospital

It took 3 days to get my deposit back on my card when it only took 3 seconds to take it out

The location was perfect. I was spending extended time at Methodist Hospital and this was within walking distance so I didn't even need to rent a car. My room was a little run down but it was clean and there was maid service daily (which I haven't seen since 2020). The staff was super nice and for the price, I couldn't be more pleased.

Bring back coffee. Make minor repairs.
