The room is comfortable and has a big space. The atmosphere of the hotel is quiet. Nice staff. I liked the amenities. A parking lot is available for the guests.

The breakfast definitely should be improved. Few options and the employes took a long time to replace what was missing. The hotel is far away from the Alamo and the other atractions.

Very clean and close to all of the medical centers

We were planning on swimming and the pool was closed because it hadn’t been cleaned. We chose this property because it had a nice pool.

The room was cozy for 4 people. Did not smell of moldew like some hotels I've been in that have gotten great ratings. Good location. Over all great spot to stay in.

I am such a stickler for hotels. I am the one who will read every review before booking, so i am making this rating for people like me. I had NO complaints on my four day getaway. Everything is up to date, clean, and organized. Breakfast is great. There is a waffle bar, oatmeal bar, your basic eggs and meats, etc. the complimentary cucumber water was such a plus to me. It added a welcoming touch. Will be staying here for any future San Antonio endeavors.

Very clean ,big tv ,fridge extra towels, coffee set up is great

Couldn't control air it turn on and couldn't turn it off was cold buttons don't work .Customer service was a bit rude told her it was bank card n she kept talking about online card which I don't own told her multiple times it was bank card and it says pnc bank card in front. Also when checking out lady at desk grab keys like we where infected or contagious.

Hotel is 5 minutes from University Medical which is awesome. Everything was clean and the staff was all super friendly and chill. Morning breakfast was okay. Eggs, pork meats, waffles, yogurts and oatmeal. There’s also coffee and the room had a coffee maker as well.

The mattress (while comfy) wasn’t as comfy as other hotel mattresses. Seemed thin.

I would love to have breakfast before I leave to clinicals since my stay is mostly for study reasons. Breakfast is served around 630 am and I leave by 6:10am but when I do leave at a later time and I have breakfast is really good.

There is a staff member that never have rooms available I book online and there is several rooms available i just have to pay double. Since I travel several hours to study at Galen I get to the hotel exhausted. I spoke to Mr. Daniel and he, very kindly suggested to reserve ahead of time and that was so very helpful. I have nothing but good comments for Mr. Pereida and Garret.

The check-in was a bit longer than expected but the manager and the clerk were amazing. The manager knew her business and took charge as soon as they had trouble with my reservation. Very friendly the whole time. I had my dad at the hospital for 3 days and I was exhausted. I just needed to get in and rest they made it happen. I always stay here when I have to be at the hospital and everyone is always very friendly.

There's nothing I didn't like. Everything was great.

I didn’t like when the housekeeper seen me leave and when I came back up, she was in the room. She had no reason to be there. She act like oh I thought you were gone. Then, when I came back out, she was nowhere to be found.

Breakfast had eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, bagels, cereals, yogurt. There were several large families while I was at breakfast and the staff had trouble restocking, but then they pulled in others to help.

Nothing, the room and gym were good. The gym had treadmills, ellipticals, weights, medicine balls with water and towels. There was a pool that looked good, with a partial covering if you didn't want to be in the sun.
