The place itself was peaceful and tranquil. The housekeeping is great and friendly. If I had the time, I would've gone for a swim in the pool. The bed was comfortable, and I went to sleep immediately. My goodness, that was comfortable. I love that alone.

The only thing was wishing a store was within walking distance. Other than that. I was comfortable.

Clean rooms, daily service, hardly anyone in front desk. Key to open door fail after 3 days.

The wake up call was too early to service the room. The breakfast mentioned in the add was nothing! Only Cereal and toast were the only things offered, nothing warm, no eggs, no waffles, no juice, no bacon, just cold cereal.

I liked the updated furnishings and appliances very well done and I liked the whole set up and quick in and out and daily room service .. everything was clean as should be and very quick to get you anything you may or may not need :) very delightful and the prices for the rooms are a bit pricey but worth it for sure.

The front desk women patty is very rude to my wife that made us both pretty uncomfortable: although my wife understood her very unappealing attitude tworeds her my wife said she has seen patty with her young child at work with her most days which made my wife forgive the mother for doing what she is she wants to say she's so proud of you patty BTW she thinks you are absolutely amazing definitely a super mom she said! Keep up your good motherhood ways soon life with get a bit more smoother for you... she said she's happy to say she looks up to a women of your kinda strong smart and beautiful always but the good attitude would of made you perfect in her eyes and mine too. Maybe next time... thank you all.

The building is older and not impressive from the outside, but the room was updated and well appointed for location and price. One of the few hotels in the area I'd go back to.

The location is near where I needed it to be, convenient to medical center. Otherwise I found it the only part I had against it.

It was a great location. Everything was right there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good stay after a busy day.

There was something sticky on the floor. The second u walked around after u shower ur feet were black.

I liked the location, its near Seaworld and not as expensive as other hotels

The breakfast was really basic, I though we were going to have eggs and it was just coffee, cereal and bread

The location and the environment were close to everything and it was very clean around the location as well ass everything else

Bathrooms wasn't clean. Found several cockroach in bathroom area

The only thing I didn’t like about the property is that you could hear your neighbors talk i it was so hard to get some rest & sleep.

The man working that night was helpful and very nice. Professional. Beds were comfortable.

The room had a smoking smell, but nothing lysol couldn't fix.
