The Comfort Inn and Suites was a nice place to stay. The lobby was quiet and nicely decorated. There was a table of an art silent auction that I was tempted to enter. Check-in was easy and quick, which was nice after a long day of traveling. The small indoor pool was nicely heated, but the hot tub didn't work. That wasn't very pleasant since I was looking forward to that. Our king room was spacious, and we enjoyed the divided setting area and bedroom. The dual sinks were excellent, too, and allowed me to use one for cleaning my dishes and the other for brushing my teeth. The bedroom had a comfortable and clean bed. The shower was an average size with excellent water pressure and good drainage, and it got very hot. The room had a Holy Bible, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, iron, ironing board, towels, and Raio brand bars of soap for showering and washing your hands. The shower featured Raio brand shampoo and conditioner. Breakfast consists of eggs, meat, yogurt, juice, milk, coffee, cereal, fresh fruits, various condiments, and the option to make a hot waffle. The hotel's location is close to the highway entrance and exit, which was one of the reasons I selected it. There was plenty of parking, and I could park where I could see my car from my room. The location is not far from a gas station and other stores and restaurants. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

The bathroom roofing shows signs of peeling and mold. After a long day at SeaWorld, we arrived and couldn't immediately shower since all our small towels were not replaced. Unfortunately, we had to go down and get some from the front desk. The next day, the same thing happened. Large towels were in my room, but there were no small towels or shower rug. Thankfully, I had extra hand towels from the day prior, so we used those. Lastly, the hot tub was not working.

The lady in the front desk was so nice and funny. She was very helpful. The breakfast area lady was also very helpful very nice too. The rooms were very clean. The young man that works at nights was very polite ,he brought us extra blankets and pillows. Over all they have a great staff, the rooms are clean and the breakfast was fully stocked. Highly recommend this place

The tv won't connect to netflix or any apps but there was plenty to watch on the cable channels and the light that shined in from the outside was the one thing I would change. There was no way of blocking it out

I liked almost everything just pool area could use some work too many rusted areas on walls ,floor it almosy didnt go with the rest of the building was too old while the rest of building was in supper new ,claen condition, ,but besides pool area everything was supper great .every area was supper clean and breakfast was great too..Awesome location close to many stores ,and restaurants ,close to SeaWorld. If it wasn't for pool area I would have giving it a 10 but I give it a 9 out 10..

The room was clean and spacious. We needed extra towels for the pool and blankets for the fold out couch bed and those were supplied to us readily. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was great with a wide variety of foods to choose from. The pool was nice and warm only drawback was the hottub/jacuzzi was cold so that was a little weird. But at least the pool was comfortably warm. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Just that the hottub was cold but the pool was nice and warm so that made up for it. The lighting in the bathroom could have been brighter but again not that big of an issue.

The hotel is clean and was nice in the common areas. The hotel room was clean but had some issues. Looks like it was updated but not maintained well. There were areas that had been touched up with the wrong color paint on ceiling and walls. The door to the bathroom was dragging found the top hing not attached. None of the issues were a deal breaker for us, but just looks like owner is not spending the money to keep rooms 100%. With the half fixes could easily slip the wrong way.

The rooms are definitely bigger than average. We had the two Queens beds plus a living room with a sofa bed. AC worked great. Breakfast was very good as well. Many options to choose from. It had a variety of cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, bagels, fruit, yogurt, muffins.

The fridge in the room didn't work properly. It froze everything. I let the guy at the front desk know but nothing got done.

Everything was great! The staff was very polite and nice. The facilities were accommodating and right off the expressway. I stayed there two nights. On the second night I noticed the comforter was not clean. They still gave me another one but I would just say double check. Every thing else was great. The hot breakfast, heated pool, staff, everyone was so nice and welcoming. The check in & out was fast. I would definitely come back! Thank you all!

Our stay was above anything that was expected. The breakfast was good and had a variety for the time I stayed. My family enjoyed our time there. The location to SeaWorld was perfect. I especially loved that they had enough towels and rags for our time there.

The room was great. the breakfast was delicious and the bed was very comfortable. I would like to add the staff was wonderful. had a situation where I could not fit all my luggage in my vehicle on the last day of my stay because I had 2 extra people to ride with me on the last day of my stay. They graciously kept my luggage for me until I could pick it up. Thank you staff members for all your help,.

Everything and everyone was very nice. The only thing that could use some improvement is the breakfast variety. Every morning it was scrambled eggs and sausage. Maybe add some bacon and omelette to the menu? Other than that, everything was very nice.
