I don't usually post reviews but this hotel deserves it. When we first got here, we immediately noticed the cleanliness and how it smells so nice. The ladies in the front desk are very helpful, approachable, and pleasant. The check-in is a breeze. It only took 5 mins and then we already got the card key. When we got to our room, we were so surprised that it's a big room - compared to what we had in a different hotel. It is clean and it smells good too. I like how the bed is, but the pillows are too small (almost like a throw pillow) but we got I think 5 of it? so it's not bad either. We booked 3 days and 2 nights but eventually extended another day because we were so satisfied with everything. Breakfast is good too though it is almost the same everyday but we still enjoyed it. Checking out is so easy and it only took 2-3 minutes. Overall, I can say that this is one of the best hotels we've been. If we'll be back next year, I'll make sure that we'll stay here again. Thank you very much!

If you arrived late at night, it will be a little hard finding a parking spot if they have a lot of guests.

The room layout was spacious, with both a desk/desk chair, and an accent chair with a side table that could be also be used as a small desk. It was a perfect layout for someone needing to work remotely. The king bed and pillows were comfy and walk-in shower head was hi-flow. I had several difficulties upon check-in and guest services staff member Marissa, was absolutely amazing helping me solve the issues. Solid selections for complementary breakfast, with plentiful seating, should include something for everyone.

This didn't effect me, but this was surprisingly one of the few La Quintas I've ever seen that is "pet free". The brand is often know for accepting pets.

I love that it was clean, quiet, in a great location and the breakfast was great. The accommodations were also good. The staff was nice and professional.

Some of the housekeepers had an attitude and they didn't really clean our room. I didn't bother too much because I'm a pretty clean person and don't really like people moving around my belongings when I'm not around. But that's the only thing about the hotel that I can say could use some work.

Overall, the hotel is lovely - Rooms are very comfortable and spacious (Our AC was a little bit problematic but that can’t be helped) Staff on site were very helpful and welcoming. Location is good to get around and a short drive downtown.

The pool definitely could use some work there was a lot of trash floating around the bottom and it didn’t seem like it had been cleaned in a while. Breakfast was good don’t get me wrong but some hot items were cold and there wasn’t an overall large selection

The hotel have staff to prepare waffles in advance, this helps to keep the breakfast area flowing.

I was looking for cooked oatmeal, not instant oatmeal packets. The water wasn't hot enough to cook the oatmeal in a timely manner. Add some separate waffle irons that will make large size waffles. Around 9:00am, the ladies are looking from the back kitchen area, like they are ready for everyone to leave. By 9:30am , they closed the door close to the elevators. This makes me feel rushed and unwelcome. If the ladies presented a welcoming atmoshere towards the guest, that would be wonderful. There aren't enough parking spaces.

The room was very comfortable and the hotel was easy to find and get in and out of. My only comment would be that the front desk may need some more help. The sweet lady that roomed my daughter and I in and out (we had to leave early to due a family emergency) she waws running ragged trying to get items to other rooms. She always had a smile on her face and she was super polite.

Having to wait to check out since we had to leave on the fly. But like above the lady was super sweet she just had to run alot of items to other rooms for housekeeping which kept her from her station.

The bathrooms were very modern and clean, the rooms were clean and comfortable altogether, the staff was very nice and welcoming, the breakfast was awesome, it was close to Seaworld, it was also close to a lot of restaurants, the pool was clean, a lot of families were staying on site, it was just overall a wonderful stay.

You got a few racists that come through but nothing too major :-)

Pool was the only downfall. Average. Not a lot of room to just sit and building shaded. TV was difficult to navigate. Price was a little much. Location was good for traveling but not good for relaxing

Facility is clean with fairly new with working gym equipment and pool. Room amenities are exactly as advertised and with modern furnishings. Staff are super friendly and provided clean towels every day.

The fan used to cool the toaster on the counter during breakfast was dusty and needed cleaning.

Well located close to a lot of shops. Really clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good. Free parking.

Nothing really, I think it has a great level of service for the price. The pool area could be made more comfortable (not too clean, no sunshade).
