The location is perfect if you are booking for the Airforce graduation. It's literally 10min away from it with traffic it can be 20 to 30min. The room was very clean. Breakfast was also provided. The room had a fridge and microwave. I had the double queen beds. Check-in was simple and quick. I also like there were hygiene products available such as Dove soap, body wash, and shampoo/conditioner. in addition to the location being perfect its directly off the highway and near all restaurants and businesses.

The only thing I did not like was the bathroom is a bit small, however the tub is spacious and this is honestly not meant to be a bad comment just personal preference.

the room is big , we are family of 4 person , 2 adults and 2 kids , the hotel offers free crib , which is good point, the staff was helpful . the location is good, like 15 minutes from Sea World San Antonio.

The bathroom is so small , it can be bigger there is electric power outlet was not working., but there are many of them so no problem the breakfast is normal , my concern that only one waffle maker for all guests , it take like 30 min to do my waffles.

Room was clean, bed, sheets, and pillows clean and comfortable. Plenty of hot water and water pressure. Daily housekeeping did a great job. Location was very convenient. Easy on and off freeway, and 17 minutes or less to most attractions. There is a Denny's and a Bill Miller BBQ within easy walking distance.

Breakfast was adequate, but not real good. Hot offering was biscuits and egg patties, or you can make your own waffles. Breakfast was served between 6:30 and 9:00 AM. We arrived at 8:00 AM and coffee was cold. Other offerings were yogurt, apples, and breakfast cereal. To drink they had milk, apple and orange juice. As I said, it was adequate but not real good.

The breakfast offers a complete meal for begin the day with. Including fruits.Always on time and the quantity wasn't limited.The receptionist are very calm, always smiling and very welcoming. It's a perfect position between the San Antonio airport and the AFB lackland. Also fast food restaurant are just feet away. With a quick access to the highway. Someone might think the fire fighters nearby my disrupt the sleep, well no. The area Is calm and the free parking is just perfect. With the sun and heat in San Antonio, the AC was always on point in the room. keeping a perfect temperature. And the rooms were cleaned daily.

A smoking neighbor was outside doing his things at the corridor and the smoke has to hit me once I opened my door going out. And at time I felt like if the AC took a little part of the smoke and injected in my room😄

The staff was helpful. friendly and accommodating. There had been an issue with the cleanliness and squeaking hinges on the restroom door. Once informed the front desk they were prompt to rectify the situation.

You could hear everything going on in the rooms next door and above. Also the breakfast was limited and had no meat option. It was the same thing throughout the whole week long stay. In addition the cleaning of the room was not complete, had to have them properly clean the room after on of the times the cleaning maid had already cleaned.

The room was surprisingly big and clean. The bed was neatly made and comfortable. I liked how they used the Dove brand for their soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The room also has a TV set, safe, microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, ironing board and a hairdryer. There was also a decent complimentary continental breakfast. As for location, it is centrally located and within walking distance to a McDonalds. There was free parking too.

What I didn't like was how this property looks like from the outside. But because it was an acquired property by Wyndham and went by a different name years ago, I guess there's not much that can be done on the exterior so do not be deceived by how it looks from the outside because I'm very impressed with this property.

We did not get to use the free breakfast feature. The location was excellent. Not far from Sea World/Aquatica. I’m glad I picked Ramada by Wyndham because their personnel are very courteous and friendly. The room was exceptionally clean. The beds were exceptionally comfortable including the pillows! Bathroom was also very clean. The room I got was for 4 persons with 2 queen beds. The room was very spacious. The price was great not too expensive compared to others. Overall the hotel and the room were exceptional. I highly recommend them and will tell my family and friends about this great hotel and their services.

Maybe open the gate to get in and out because we went out to get something to eat at around 10:30pm and we had to go back in through the check-in area which was blocked with people checking in! Had to wait for a little while and we weren’t the only ones waiting. There were are cars waiting!

The hotel is nice, is new, close to SeaWorld. The pool is nice open up to 10pm. There are plenty of restaurants and stores around.

For some reason the odor of the room was awful when the AC compressor was off, it was terrible but after we set up the temp to be 72 or less it worked and the odor disappeared. The breakfast room is small.

Breakfast location was good you know and it was close to where I wanted to be was my first time in San Antonio Texas and was there for my niece graduation so it was not too bad overall it was good.

The soap dispenser in the bathroom was not working but I just use whatever I have and just make my night and my day go fast and easy it wasn't a big deal at least they replace the little bar soap so it was doable. The stuff on the front they are very nice.

breakfast was good for price, personal was friendly, my daughter lost his doll at the breakfast and they took care of it whole day until we noticed. the room was very comfy and clean, i love they had dispensers for shampoo and body wash.

we need diet coke on the beverages machine :) , i think they had like a store in the lobby but did not ask, not a big deal anyway.
