What we liked about the property was the small space apartment comfort. It was very welcoming, clean and quiet as well. The room had all the features of small living with household appliances with easy living accessories. We truly enjoyed our time.

They did not offer military discount unless you have military orders. My family and I are active duty members who were not offered any discount for our stay.x That was the only unfortunate experience that we felt was possible if the property was willing to accommodate the families of active duty members who are coming out of town to support their service members who are working hard to keep the nation safe at all cost. Their sacrifice should not be underestimated for a value of higher cost to stay.

The rooms are very spacious the parking is convenient and The laundry facilities were clean . The AC unit was out in our room, so I told Crystal at the front desk. She came up to verify the issue and kindly switched our room and gave us time to move all of our belongings. The new room was perfect and we were very comfortable and grateful for her kindness.

The beds could have been more comfortable and the floor/ carpet could have been cleaner. I wish a broom was on hand in the units because the floors are vinyl and tend to attract dust. The couches looked worn down and the sofa mattress was uncomfortable.

The rooms were very clean and i felt sade because you had to use the key card to have access into the hotel.

To have more room service. I had to keep taking Mt trash out in the middle of the night because it would get fl during the day and I had a 4 night stay but the not clean your room unless you were staying 7 days or more! There is no swimming pool and you cannot be in the courtyard past 10p.

Apartment and facilities were kept very clean, everything seemed pretty new. There were two large-screen wall TVs. Not really necessary, but nice if people want to watch different programmes. Cleaning once a week was sufficient. We were able to leave outgoing mail with the receptionist, and it was picked up daily, which saved us an errand. Also, there is a policy not to use the courtyard after 9 pm, therefore it was usually very quiet.

Reception sometimes unattended because there usually was only one person. There could have been more dishes and cutlery in the kitchen, but the basic necessities were there. We normally did not hear our neighbors, but twice our neighbor set the alarm (which must have been right against our bedroom wall) for 4:30 a.m., which made for a rude interruption of our sleep. Luckily, this stopped thereafter, but the walls may be too thin for louder people. When I inquired about a possible extension of our 4-week stay for another week, we were quoted a higher daily rate, presumably that for a 1-week stay. I would have expected that an extension of a 4-week stay would have been at the same daily rate. Our plans changed again, so we didn't pursue this further.

This was my the first time my family and I have stayed in this property. Overall, it was a great experience in terms of location, amenities and staff. The property was very clean, calm and quiet. The suite was very spacious with plenty of room to move around even for families with young children. And the location is about 5 minutes away from the Sea World.

I rated our stay at facility an 8 instead of 10 deserves because of 2 issues. The first was a dirty pillow with large visible stains that were not difficult to miss. The other issue was with the Futon bed which had no mattrass. One would literally get to sleep on springs. As such, I slept on the couch without pulling the bed out the 3 nights my family and I were there.

Privacy, modern style and setting, large room. Great price and close enough to everything, but far enough for peace and quiet.

Not sure if it housekeeping missed it, but there was plastic bags over the smoke detectors. Usually indicates that a smoker was in the room trying to hide their smell. Also, the fridge was not working properly, smelled terrible and did not keep cold, there was also scrapes along the wall below living room tv. Photos are from living room and bedroom.

It had a full size stove so cooking for my family was great. Housekeeping did a good job every week cleaning my room during my requested time frame. This was truly like having an apartment because it had all the necessary equipment in the room (pots, utensils, and coffee pot).

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable. We had one weekend with plumbing issues and had to leave our room for an entire day while they worked on the issue. Manager stated it was a broken pipe that caused the issue.

It was modern, clean, very convenient being close to the Air Force Base. The front staff during check-in was friendly and very helpful even gave us tips about places to eat close by always say hi and by when we were coming in and out of the facility, I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to friends and family.

I really liked how spacious it was. It had a homey feel to it. The location was great, close to everything, and everywhere I needed to go. I would definitely stay here again.

I had my granddaughter with me when we stayed and she kept asking for the pool. You don't have one and that's the only thing missing for our stay. Other than that, it was good.

Extremely clean, affordable, and cozy!! They even cleaned the concrete and scraped the gum up . I also enjoyed the workout room and the side walks for my pup. Staff was extremely friendly and we're able to accommodate me checking in a day earlier.
