The staff was so friendly and the shuttle to and from SeaWorld was so convenient.

The breakfast is not complimentary even though it is advertised everywhere to see so. The bathrooms needed some attention. The AC blew cold but we would all wake up randomly throughout the night sweaty. I guess it was going in and out. Not really sure and we were too tired from the park to bother asking for help.

Every one of the staff was great! From Christian who helped us check in and check out to the bar staff. Lorena tended to us before we headed out to Sea World, great service. To the shuttle driver who took us to and from was also very nice and professional. We ended the night with Charles at the bar who was also great and friendly and attentive! Also try the steak quesadillas at the bar they won’t disappoint! We really enjoyed our stay!

The cost was a little high.

It was real close to Sea World. The pools were nice for a family with younger kids. They did accommodate our parking and a crib for our grandson. The bathrooms included large containers of shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and lotion. No need of bringing your from home.

Unfortunately we booked two separate rooms. One room was for our daughter and her family which included a 10mos old. Within an hour the top of his feet was so dirty from the carpet. My daughter did tell front desk and the next day. The floors were cleaner. Our room the a/c kept messing up. Maintenence went there once it did get cooler but the next morning it messed up again. By the time we checked out it was 75° in the room.

They had an indoor and outdoor pool with an onsite restaurant. The rooms were fantastic. They had full-size dove shower products in the bathroom, the beds were comfy, and the room had a fresh clean scent. The shower itself was amazing and the room felt very open. It was busy but the staff had everything moving smoothly while still being very hospitable. I called for some additional bedding and some bags that were delivered to my room very quickly. Best stay I've had anywhere to date.

The parking lot wasn't lit at the time of my visit. I still felt safe as it was a good area. The hotel itself was well-lit outside it provided some additional visibility but it was a little hard to see as we parked fairly far from the front entrance.

Conveniently located just a few minutes from Sea World. Room was clean and the breakfast buffet was great and our waitress was very kind.

This did not affect me, but I thought it was odd that not all reservations had the breakfast buffet included.

BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE BUT ON ONE SIDE THE BED WAS LEANING DOWN, IF YOU LAYED TO MUCH TO THE EDGE YOU WOULD DEF FALL OFF AS IF THE ONE SIDE WAS BROKEN

The breakfast buffet was good and provided value. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel had pool tables as an entertainment option.

The staffing at the breakfast buffet was a little busy so maybe a little more waiters/waitress staff would be more beneficial to customer experience.

Staff was very friendly. No issues with the room at all with very comfy beds and pillows.

I would only suggest better vending selection and that is a very minor inconvenience. More sugar free options including energy drinks. I will definitely be staying here again my next trip.

The staff was so wonderful. The location was great. The shuttle bus was so nice to have to go to and from SeaWorld/Aquatica and the breakfast was amazing.

Advertising 3 bars. Only 1 bar open and that’s in the restaurant. Lobby and pool bar closed entire stay.
