This was my 3rd time staying at this location when I’m in San Antonio if I’m not in an Airbnb I’m staying here the service is great the beds are comfortable and my breakfast lady always serves with a smile

I feel it was over priced by a couple 100’s due to it being spring break but other than that I had a grand ole time

biggest shoutout to taylor and the other staff!!! the customer service here was absolutely incredible and i can’t wait to be back. thank you everyone for accommodating me during this trip! especially on my first day when i couldn’t get my suitcase to open anymore and i was able to go to the front desk and a guy came and cut open the zippers for me so i could access everything i needed. i really appreciate it!

this is very minor but i understood housekeeping is every other day. i had to ask at the reception because i hadn’t had any housekeeping by the fourth day of my stay. very minor because i survived haha i just needed new bathroom towels!

We arrived after midnight and staff was very polite and helpful. We were up early and had to leave, prior commitments. Hopefully, next time we will be able to use the facilities.

We stayed for 6 nights so got to know facilities well. Friendly helpful staff. Good location although access is a little difficult.

Shower had old mat which had mold underneath which was removed and cleaned up promptly once reported. Bottom of shower tub still had strange sloppily poured in material that looked like paint, likely for grip. Elevator carpet was always dirty. Eggs at breakfast were not great.

I initially wanted another hotel but was very pleased with this one. The hotel staff was nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I would stay at this property again.

The only thing I didn’t like was the parking, but that’s usually the case wherever I stay.

Saturday the fire alarm went on. And nobody was in the front office so we can go to get information about what happened

Why if I was staying at the hotel why i need to pay parking

Taylor at the front desk was AWESOME! She was such a great welcome at the end of a long journey. She was beyond helpful (third party booking issue) and exemplified customer service. Unbeknownst to her I was having a medical “event” while checking in, her friendly and professional personality helped to ease the stress of the situation until I could get to our room to rest. Rooms (we had 2) were clean, comfortable, and well stocked with fresh towels. Breakfast was delicious. Accommodations were very nice. Great price as well!

Breakfast was really good. One morning the eggs were cold, but overall each morning it was all good.

The coffee/creamer kiosk was not always tended with fresh coffee and creamer.

LESLIE ( FRONT DESK) was AWESOME !!! Patient,kind,professional, courteous, respectful !!! Breakfast(included ) looked popular ( I didn;t go).

The breakfast has many many options. The locations is quiet and peaceful. The rooms are very very clean. Excellent stay!! Definitely recommend

I have no complaints!!!
