I was nervous at first when i booked the hotel. But once i arrived I was astonished. The hotel is awesome. Room was big and I've never stayed where the ceiling was so high. I will definitely be staying here again and will be at the top of my list. Another thing i loved was the parking. It was $10, but there was security going around and they have some camera stations watching. Idk if the parking fee is going towards that, but i think it's awesome and one less thing to worry about someone stealing things from your vehicle.

We stayed during Memorial Day weekend. - the hotel was busy but staff was still very nice and informative took the time with us during check in, answered questions & gave us hotel information. IF they were overwhelmed with the crowd (I was when I walked by), they didn’t show it. Room was ready on time. There were ALOT of people at the pool, but it was still comfortable and clean. Everyone was kind and respectful. Very close to seaworld (reason for us being in town)

The cost of food & bottled ice tea was too expensive. The portion of food you received for the cost was not sufficient. Facing the pool and allowing people to play their own speaker music of choice (very loudly) was annoying especially when quite time is 10pm, our little one sleep time was interrupted at their bed time. Being on the 3rd floor, guest would stomp and allow their doors to slam all hours. The coffee provided was either dark roast of decaffeinated (no regular/medium roast) there was no microwave, truely disappointed.

It was at a great location not too far from places we wanted to go to. The staff were great help and very friendly. We enjoyed the inside and outside pool on our stay. We were really close to sea world too great experience for the first time there.

The cleaning service could possibly provide a clean room every day instead of every other day that would be great if that was implemented.

Pool view, pool water temperature was perfect, great staff, excellent food at the Bistro

Shower wasn't thoroughly clean. There was pink rubber bands left in the shower from previous guest. Pillows are way too thick, didn't get a good night's rest both night's due to uncomfortable pillows

Location

No swim up bar. Advertises it but wasn't available. Though the pool was a good size, adults also want to enjoy themselves on vacations so if your booking for the swim up bar look elsewhere unless they confirm with you that it will be available. Other than that the room was ok, a little outdated but rooms were bigger than most. Oh and no microwave was a con as well.

The woman @ the front when I checked in was so friendly and full of hospitality throughout my whole visit. When I needed something it always came right away.

The kids above my room where constantly running all hours. Got woken several times. Also that it's in the middle of no where and only place walkable was the gas station

I had expected to stay with family for Christmas and last minute was turned away. I frantically booked a stay with you. The gentleman who greeted me and checked me in was so kind, patient and understanding. His kindness meant so much to me! He didn't know me and I was frazzled and he showed compassion and humanity. I have made a commitment based on this experience to use Marriott hotels only! The facilities were wonderful but the people made it home away from home.

The workout machines didn't work properly, the maintenance man got one of the machines working enough for me to use. The machines are just very old and need to be updated or replaced. Specifically the elliptical machines and the treadmills.

Loved the close proximity to sea world. Place was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful

I initially stayed on the second floor and could hear all the footsteps from the guests above.

Staff was very inviting and friendly, room clean, housekeeping on the second day of stay, pools are great! Breakfast from the restaurant was very good.

No coffee in the lobby area for guests. I feel it's very inexpensive and such a good amenity guest would love. Coffe in the room is not good at all. It is available from restaurants but not at all hours and a bit pricey.
