the price for our staying was affordable minding it was spring break week. we had short time to plan our trip, and we were looking for an affordable yet comfortable place to stay and this hotel was perfect for my family and me. The room was well equipped, we had 2 double beds with an extra cushioned space by the window for us to sit/lay down. breakfast was great with waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, bread, fruit, and yogurt. front desk staff were kind, and the kitchen ladies were so friendly. this was our first time staying at this hotel and we plan to come back in the future.

we didn't have any trouble during our stay, so we can't really say we didn't like something.

Modern, great location, most part clean, breakfast.

Staff was helpful but hard to find at night. They were usually in exercise room mingling. Beds were small for my teenage daughter and son to share. Queen would have been better. Somewhat ok for my husband and I who are used to a king-cal bed. Two of our pillow cases were blood stained not with fresh blood just washed but still stained. Disturbing! Breakfast area too small to accommodate all hotel guests at same time and girl setting up breakfast could barely keep up for so many people. She should have help on busy days so guests dont have to wait for food.

Everything was amazing.

That booking had charged me the full amount for the room and than the property charged me full price as well. So for my trip was out about $400 dollars from my set budget, plus now that im trying to get it back, its taking a whole lot of proof and time when they took it out of my account within seconds and without a second thought.

Great area, close to SeaWorld and other places such as restaurants and stores. Breakfast was good. Sausage, Eggs, Potatoes, cereal, texas waffles, toast, muffins, fruit and waffles. Pool was opened until 11pm and had little charcoal grills for use

The towels were a little old, but they worked. We did not have an issue, but there seemed to be a trucks window busted out, we noticed as we checked out. Not sure what happened but the area is nice and right off of the highway.

New or recently renovated. They did great dealing with two buses of high school kids that they didn’t expect for breakfast

Everything would have been close to perfect except that the fixtures for the tub and shower looked like they had been salvaged from a mold infested old hotel. - gross black and green mold around the overflow drain and shower head. Plus it looked like the contractor was sloppy and they forgot to put a toilet paper holder in the bathroom. Growing pains

The bed was very comfortable. Loved that. I did appreciate whoever cleaned the rooms. Wish I knew her name. Very courteous and helped me out with my towels.

Had a little trouble with shower. Low pressure and at first it seemed like the hot water was not available. As I turned it off then the water heated up. Like cold and hot controls were reversed.

Chris the Manager He keeps his hotel clean and he is on point with bad people who try to stay here He managed it's very well Staff is very helpful And breakfast is best even better than Denny's where I work lol I'm enjoying stay since I live in Somerset it's a long drive and he lets me do the long term til I find a nice affordable apt.

The bad people like prostitute and drug dealers Chris doesn't let them renew here.

The staff was pleasant, especially the morning crew. Check in process was seamless. Location is easy access right off the highway but in a quiet area which is a major benefit. Good for travelers who are making a pit stop

This property is currently undergoing some good changes, they are in a transition and are managing it very well. Some amenities are still pending and will be a great bonus when fully added. Keep up the good work.

The air-conditioning

Very very dirty from the check in to the elevators and most of all the homeless staying in front door when you walk by . We went down to eat and the only thing left was 3 oranges ,, light bread or oatmeal no eggs or sausage or bacon and this was it .

THE BREAKFAST WAS GOOD HOT WAFFLES TOAST CEREAL WAS GOOD MY KIDS LOVED THE HOT BREAKFAST

I THINK THE BEDS WASN'T BIG ENOUGH AND THE FLOORS IN THE ROOMS COULD BE MOPPED BETTER.
