The hotel was pretty great from the customer service to the hotel room expectations. Staff was nice. The pool area was amazing! Loved the fact they require access with the card everywhere for security reasons. Enjoyed they had a lot of options for breakfast! Free parking! It was close to Sea World which was convenient! Loved the fact the room had functional ac and lots of appliances made me feel like I was in my own apartment.

The thing I didn’t like was having to pay $20 per night apart from what I paid for the hotel. Wish the pool had a warmer it was pretty chilly that I just was only able to put my feet only. Wish the tv quality in the room was better. It had like a blue tint to it. Was trying to find the settings in the controls but nothing. Wish it had better options for movies. Wish there was house keeping as well every day or every other day. Wish the trash cans in the room were bigger.

The staff was friendly and busy working. I didn’t see any staff on their cell phone. They were busy checking people in or cleaning the restrooms or taking family’s to Sea World on the shuttle bus. Also the bed in my room was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in a hotel. And perhaps the best part of my stay was having active security patrol the parking lot.

The only negative about my stay was the loud music being played from the kitchen area during breakfast. During breakfast time in the hotel lobby the kitchen staff was playing their own radio on blast and the mop bucket was left out in the open during breakfast. The music being played was mixing with the noise from the news on the lobby tv’s and it just made me get a cup of coffee and leave.

Everything, but one thing. The pool water was too cold in the afternoon. Remember, with that great location, most of your guest are families and their at the water park during the day. But kids always want to continue swimming after 6pm...

Very comfortable stay. The room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. There are plenty of options in the Breakfast in the morning (eggs and bacon, cereals, bread, oatmeal, waffle, coffees and juices). Staff was nice.

One elevator was out of order so you had to wait a little bit on busy morning.

Location is a plus. The room is comfortable and well equipped.

I didn’t like the fact the hotel charged my card 24hs in advance instead of the hotel front desk as I had chosen (pay at property option).

It was very neat and clean , The suite was spacious and the shuttle to sea world was excellent ,

The eggs on their breakfast was extremely bad ( bad to a degree i felt i can get sick from it ) which is strange considering all the other items were of good quality .

The breakfast is really good and kids friendly. I really like the hot water and coffee throughout the day. The entire property is clean and tidy, both in the room and in the public area. There's a free shuttle to the SeaWorld as well, which is very convenient.

More than one lights on the corridor (2nd floor) are blinking, annoying my eyes every time when I'm walking from the elevator to my room.

The location was very convenient to the highway and close to the conference I attended. The room was comfortable with good amenities.

The room was a lot smaller than I expected.

The staff was really nice and the room was so comfortable. It was nice to have a full kitchen with a stove top, refrigerator, and dishwasher. It even had dishes for guest use.

The only complaint I have is that the staff did not prepare enough food for Sunday breakfast. Breakfast is from 6:30-10:00, and by 9:00 there was hardly nothing left. Thank God I was able to have my morning coffee and leftovers from the night before.

We arrived in the morning as we had a night flight into San Antonio, once we arrived at the hotel the Manager and staffed greeted us. They were able to find us rooms that we available and we were able to sleep a few hours before heading to my sisters for my Mother’s 90th birthday celebration. Everyone was friendly, the hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. We had a great stay.
