It was pretty clean & a nice location. The day manager (I’m just assuming she’s a manager) was amazing! She was so kind & even upgraded us to a suite when she found out we were there celebrating my husband’s birthday. We appreciated her very much!

The bathrooms need some work . You can only caulk over mold so many times. Also, the shower knobs in both rooms we stayed in were about to fall off. The night front desk lady wasnt the friendliest, unless you’re a man. She was quite nice to my husband and stood around chatting it up with a group of other male guests, but was very rude & condescending to me.

The beds were very comfy The room was a great size for the value

The elevator was broken There was someone’s hair on the bed and in the shower when we first checked in

This location is close to anything and everything. Also not to mention this is one of my go-to hotels when my family come down from Dallas. The staff are exceptional and very nice.

The size of the room was great, although something I did take note was room 416 floor tile was de bonded and would wobble/make noise and was loose. Forgot to mention this concern but my stay was great.

I traveled with a friend and her kiddos, the pool and hot tub were great to entertain when we got back from daily activities. breakfast was filling & good, saved us money. parking lot was very lit up, made us feel safe. we had an issue when we first got there but the staff was amazing, kind and remedied the situation right away.

Family of 6 and we slept very comfortably in the two queen suite with pull out couch!! Everything you need from a fridge and microwave to a hair dryer in the bathroom. Parking is very convenient right in front of the hotel.

Stay was comfortable.

Lot of construction work at site. Break fast was not all that lucrative. Lack of supervision , shortage of plates and food stuff.

Location was near shopping, gas stations, restaurants, and SeaWorld. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was good. Room was clean and the a/c worked well.

4th floor room window was easily opened by my 11-year-old child. Pool water was cold, and pool area was unkept and smelled of urine.

Girls loved swimming pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was very good too

There was a theme with a roach at the beginning of the stay, but not that important

The bathtub wasn't draining the water. Notified the front desk but nothing was done. Had to shower with dirty water in tub.
