My family and I were greeted the moment we walked in, front desk lady ( Joann ) is so sweet. Rachel always had breakfast on point. Breakfast was different everyday. All the staff is super friendly, this is the 2nd time we have stayed here and we will definitely be back again. Rooms are big and beds are exceptionally comfortable. Everything is so clean. Housekeeping does a great job as well.

From the beginning when we walked in we were greeted nicely. Hotel itself was beautiful. Beds and pillows were so comfy. Had a full size fridge & freezer with a stove top and dishwasher too.Had a nice pull out sofa and great channels on the TV .I would definitely stay here again.

One thing I didn't like was that although the restroom was nice I didn't like the fact that the shower doesn't have a door. The water would splash out a little. NOT a big issue we just placed a towel at the entrance.

The staff was great, lady at the front desk was very welcoming( wish I could remember her name )😊 The breakfast was really good, you were given hot and cold choices just a variety of everything. This will be our hotel to stay at when we visit San Antonio !!!!! I totally recommend this hotel. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Had your own little kitchen!! Overall just great and I am not exaggerating!!!!

Nothing bad to say

The hotel is situated minutes away from Sea World, other event activites and resturants. The room was spacious, with full kitxhen. Intercontinental breakfast is provided with your stay. The staff is friendly and efficient. Overall, my family and l enjoyed our stay.

One of the two elevators was down causing longer than usual wait.

The location was great. A lot of restaurants were close by. The property was very clean. The staffs were helpful and friendly. The pool was clean. The facility had a gym which was great and the breakfast was delicious.

There is nothing to dislike.

We loved it so much start to finish. Plan to stay at stay bridge for all future travels .Huge modern rooms .best sleep I ever had and free washer and dryer usage .Loved the dove soap and shampoo and conditioner.

Having to leave ...

I liked the friendly atmosphere and loved the breakfast counter and the pool area. Rooms were great.

I didnt like the fact I had to listen to a dog barking most of the night in a room close to ours.

Maids need to take shoes off before cleaning the showers. Also the maid services need more consistency regarding scheduling cleaning times.

It was very clean,and the staff was very pleasant

Just the shower the door needed to be a little bit longer because when you took a shower, the water leaked outside all over the floor

We were very pleased with the friendly and helpful staff and the clean and spacious rooms we got for our large family group of 9. We had a great night sleep and a good breakfast - all family members were asking to include this hotel for future trips.
