After a bad experience from another hotel, this hotel made my last two nights in San Antonio worthwhile. This hotel is not far from the army base and SeaWorld . It was family friendly; my toddler with me enjoyed playing in the common area with toys and with other kids who lodged there. Their check-out time was 12 pm. On my last day in this hotel, I did not arrive at my hotel until 1 pm because I couldn't make it back in time to check out. However, the hotel never charged me extra fees, never called my phone, questioned me or threatened to throw my things out because they understand that life happens and of course, my luggage was still in the room, so I will always make it back to their hotel. When I arrived back and picked up my things, I gave the receptionist a tip $$ and he refused to collect it, but I insisted that he could have the money just because I knew I could have been charged extra money

That the pool had too much chlorine in it and every time the adults got ready to go swimming it was a lot of kids in the pool so we didn't get a chance to swim at all you need to be two pools one for children one for adults

Literally everything is always super when I come here! I also really appreciate the early check ins if a room is available! I do lots of traveling at weird times and on odd days so it’s relaxing to be able to find somewhere to go if I end up coming into town sooner! Everything is always CLEAN and efficient!

I loved the location. The cleanliness. It was all great. Felt very comfortable there. The only things I didn’t like was the surprise $50 a room fee cause I read everything. Even though we got it back but still. And the pool area was very hot. But I will stay here again if needed.

Overall, everything was great about staying here. The location was great. The staff and hotel itself were great. The breakfast wasn't bad either. I love the 12 pm checkout.

We had a 3 day, 2 night stay and room service never came to our room. They were in the hallway but skipped our room, which meant it was never cleaned by staff. I had to clean it and go to the front desk to ask for clean towels. The pool stayed crowded, and other guests weren't mindful about sharing the pool. Playing football in the pool, which is fine if they're mindful of the babies they were hitting and making go under water. I feel staff could've monitored that better, and there was never a restock of towels in the pool area.

WiFi on my phone and Disney Plus on their TV was horrible.

The front desk staff was so friendly at check-in. She gave recommendations and provided guidance regarding going to base in the morning for BMT graduation activities. The rooms were basic but just what I needed for my short trip. I would definitely stay there again if ever in the area.

Breakfast was crazy it was a free for all guest had zero respect for people inline . The water pressure in my room was sub par When I arrived my tv remote had no batteries I went to front desk and asked for towels and pillows and the batteries they couldn't give them too me I had to wait for housekeeping to bring them too me hours later I had to ask twice the second time it was taken care of
