The location was fantastic. The villas were extremely spacious (much more than the pictures let on)! While this is a timeshare property it seemed to have much better amenities than other time share properties I’ve visited . It’s a relaxing, comfortable stay. There were lifeguards at the pool and the resort activities were fun & engaging. We were able to book a wonderful dinner at Antler’s Lodge at their sister property and they were equally accommodating for our group of 21 children & adults. SeaWorld was an easy drive as well. We hope to return soon!

The shower heads are disappointing. I wish if hotels insisted on water governors they would at least put in removable handheld shower heads so that one can get the water to where the soap is.

We enjoyed the convenience of the restaurant. We enjoyed the lazy river and man made beach. We also loved or rooms. We absolutely loved the 6pm bon fires and interactive games and music they put on for the kids.

The parking was horrendous!! We could NOT find a parking. One night we had to park at the front office and walk all the way back to our room. When this happens it would be nice if the workers could take us in their golf carts at least, since there are hills and suge a long distance away. The food at the restaurant isn't great but it's okay. We've stayed here twice and noticed the workers in the Armadillo kid place are always half asleep and not very interactive. It gives us "go away" vibes.

Loved the text message updates on weather and events. The amenities, pool, lazy river, life size pool table, smores stations, bench swings along the walkways, poolside bar, restaurant, and horse shoe made it so you didn't even need to leave the grounds.

The handle to activate the shower was very hard to pull up. And the light/fan on balcony didn't work. Called was told someone would come by at 10. No one came. If they did when we stepped out, we were unaware, there was no note or follow up. The bed backboard would hit the wall anytime you'd move. 🤦🏽‍♀️

The pool was lovely, and the slides my kids loved! Lots of things planned around families, making smores by the fire pits, belly flop Contest (ouch) crafts at an additional charge . They have a golf course, nature trails and a lazy river which was very nice .

As soon as we arrived I was very disappointed that my well deserved family vacation that I saved up for was greeted and the told to meet with a gentleman at the concierge desk . Where I was given a parking pass , and a small subtle " Hello here's all this stuff and oh by the way if you can get up at whatever time in the am and meet us for 90 minutes to see if you are interested in a time share opportunity " . No seriously I was so thankful that my husband did not attend this vacation since they let me know with him not being there I could not in fact listen to them tell me why I need a timeshare and all the benefits.

Thank you for allowing us to check in early. Thank you for making my daughter's birthday so special - from towel cake, card, balloons to staff singing happy bday at pool party. Literally most comfortable pillows ever. The nighttime pool party was so fun. The weather is gorgeous. We enjoyed playing chess & making smores. The gentlemen who handed us smores was so sweet. Lazy river moves you along fast & had little trouble getting tube. Luggage carts were always available. Room & bathroom spacious. Loved the balcony too.

The door in room 6485 is near impossible to open, I'm surprised I didn't injure my shoulder from having to use my body weight to open. People hoard rafts at Lazy River. The girl at camp armadillo (short blond hair, glasses, ankle tattoo) gave me a death stare when we went in to make slime. I asked her what the look was for & she said she had already made 20 slimes today & had to go wash a dish. Then snapped at coworker that it's warm in there because she is always cold. Some boy threw a ball at my daughter's face as she came down slide. Staff wasn't watching (on phone) so I yelled at him myself & grabbed the ball so he wouldn't use if anymore. Some old lady told my kid hot tub is adults only. I corrected her but at that point my kid didn't want to be in there with that grumpy lady.

The lazy river and quiet surroundings. Very peaceful!

I felt like this was very tacky of your company to ask me to do this after paying so much money to have your staff take care of me. This is the text sent to me • In an effort to assist our housekeeping team, may we ask you to please run the dishwasher (if applicable), place trash bags outside your front door, and place all linens in the entry way. Also, the tv had very poor reception, water pressure kept going up and down during showers.

2 bedroom apartment was brilliantly proportioned and kitted out perfectly. Staff very nice and helpful, gym decent and lazy river fun. The property ran very well and there is a.nice vibe.

Booking.com/the hotel miscommunicated so our booking wasn't on the system. We spent 2 hours waiting to see what room was available and eventually got the room we booked, after some hustling between all parties. Manager was very good and tried extremely hard to sort out the issue, which was eventually resolved.

The reception for the property tour for time share. We usually arrive at our appointments at least 30 minutes before. The girl at the meeting office was Mad that we were early, no Good Morning,No Welcome. We tried a conversation by asking 3 questions that we didn't get any response not even eye contact or a single word. Due to that aditude we left and did not take the tour. That was the only bad experience we had.

We stayed starting on a Sunday- so the place was not packed, not sure how it would be on a friday or saturday- but there was plenty of space at pool, seating etc. property is very very nice, rooms exceptional.

Some staff at pool were teenagers that didnt really care much. Some issues checking in, this would be a difficult property for handicapped incdividuals. Lazy river phenominal, but unfortunately too shallow and tubes were chincy.

Pools and lazy River were great!!! Basketball/pickleball court was perfect for us. Parking was easy. Service was impeccable! The food at JBs was fair. My salad had no dressing and my husband’s po boy needed more remoulade. We had to go to Walmart for sunscreen and a football. We would’ve bought them there if they were available.

We heard the people in the room above us the entire time. It was difficult to sleep at night.
