The hotel was beautiful. Sunday after Saturdays movie night the courtyard was full of leftover food and drink containers, paper napkins dropped or blown everywhere. We reported it twice and it wasn’t cleaned all day. The hot tub and pull were not cleaned either. Bugs floating in hot tub and dead leaves in pool. Breakfast is very good, and expensive, everything is. I bought a small bottle of coke from the store and it was almost $6.00, went to HEB and bought a 6 pack of coke for just over $4.00 so definitely BYO. You also pay $22.00 plus tax per day to park outside in the parking lot.

What's very it's comfortable beds and towels, and the water pressure and shower was absolutely to die for Did not want to get out of it. Lol the air blew from the heater and was cold in the second bed.So I asked for a blanket, and they produced two blankets so extremely helpful housekeepers. This baff was so pleasant and helpful very clean, in a nice area. Very pleased

Canceling of the thing I didn't like. Maybe prices in the restaurant and having to pay for parking, but other than that has been, what happens

I left some articles of clothing in the closet. The next day after I left I called to report it. Front desk not very accommodating. Not happy with having to email a report. Difficult to do and not happy that I couldn’t simply speak to housekeeping to say what room number. I finally sent my step daughter over to retrieve them which she was able to do. Never got a message from the email about the articles being found.

Proximity to Sea World .

More fees included that what Booking.com said . My bill ended up being over $100 more than expected . The pet facility was lacking grass and no other place to walk you dog . Then on top of that they charged $125 clean up fee . A bit expensive for what you got . Not east access to pet area .

Location was a nice part of town. Easy access to highway and attractions. Bed was comfortable and staff was very attentive. I received a text everyday to check on us. Would venture out for day and come back to a nicely made bed, trash thrown and coffee/towels restocked.

Good location. Clean. Comfortable fireplace seating. Loved the fire pits - and outdoor area!

The bed and sofa were very firm. No outlets in the sofa area. We had to ask about a microwave, since it isn’t offered in the room.

Julien and Bianca at the front were accommodating and kind every time I spoke to them and the one waiter they had at the restaurant (he was the only waiter the nights we were there-didn’t catch his name) he was the sweetest and attentive even when he was busy! The hotel is very kid friendly! We loved the movie nights outside with games and s’mores! Room was clean and stocked with necessities! And very well air conditioned - bed had bright white clean sheets (that’s really all that mattered to us!) We also noticed a security car outside in the parking lot which was nice to know we can sleep in peace knowing are cars were being watched! We enjoyed are stay there very much! I don’t understand the negativity! We had a great time! One more thing they had this cool frozen yogurt robot machine! Very cool and it was actually really good ice cream! I wish I took pics of the room but I did take some of the outside game area!

Better internet connection upstairs which was literally the only bad thing that I could think of and it’s not even that bad lol

There was an area for my boyfriend and I to paint our Halloween skulls and the staff was very friendly to us. We swam a little, painted and drank some sangrias.

The covers on the bed wasn’t that soft, and the bed wasn’t that comfortable.

Walking in the surrounding areas. The bartender was very friendly and nice. The cleaning staff was professional and courteous. The outdoor sitting area was very relaxing.

My room had a faulty shower that would leak into the bedroom when in use.
