Location was great for what I came to San Antonio for.

Parking was not the best. I was out late both night of my stay and I had to park in the back of the hotel. Most of the parking spaces were for compact cars and I was in a truck which made it difficult to park. Only one back door available to enter hotel which was on the opposite side of the parking lot. I had to walk around to go in through the front. As for the room, the bathroom was not the cleanest. Floor was sticky and previous visitor hair all over the floor and shower.

It was the best breakfast that we’ve had at a hotel in a long time. This is one of the reasons that we choose to stay at Holiday Inn & Suites. There was a variety of restaurants around which was also great for dinner. The beds are amazingly comfortable with options of either soft or firm pillows. Everything was very clean and spotless. We love how they are one of the only hotels that have the built in soaps and lotions on the wall that are an amazing brand (Dove). The staff was also very kind, welcoming and helpful. It was an amazing experience overall!

The water pressure was very low and the tub was very slippery. Other than those two things everything was great!

The property was clean and they had parking spaces in the back. There was great lighting to walk from the back of the property next to the pool all the way to the front of the property in case you didn’t have your key with you.

I didn’t like that the pool didn’t open the day we had set a side time for the pool. And on the second day the “pool closed” sign was still there. On the day of check out they had opened it, but until 10 and check out is at 11 am. There really was no time to play in the pool and go shower and do check out in time.

Hotel was Great overall in cleanliness, in room in lobby Breakfast was also Good had scramble eggs bacon biscuits n gravy the works just potatoes was missing but overall everything was Great hotel close to sea world front desk was polite n welcoming thank you will stay here again.

Didn’t make it to breakfast but, I enjoyed the snacks. The room was perfect. Big enough for my sister and I, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The receptionist and cleaning staff were very nice and attentive.

Everything was perfect! No complaints.

Love the location and proximity to everything you need. Staff is wonderful! Breakfast is always hot and fresh.

The room we stayed in this time (307) smelled of mildew and our stuff was damp overnight. The shower head created quite a mess of water on the floor if not turned almost to the back of the shower.

I liked how clean and well designed the property was inside. Every single staff member we came in contact with was very pleasant.

The parking was very small and completely packed out one night we got in late.

Very convenient I the shower were handicap beds very comfortable front desk staff very nice and helpful breakfast great swim pool clean prices for room not expensive thank you for having us
