My phone died overnight because the charging port was loose so we overslept our alarm. We were not pressured or rushed through breakfast and everything was still well-stocked and available. My card stopped working while I was trying to load up and check out. I called down and the previously-mentioned lady @ front desk brought me up new cards to 3rd floor (which I did not expect but greatly appreciated as I was traveling alone w/2 small children).

There was only one entrance so I couldn't park near my room. They are situated on a hill which made it difficult to maneuver the cart to load/unload luggage.

Everything was very clean, the stuff was nice, very helpful and the breakfast was great every morning that we were there. They had good variety and even had items to purchase if you needed something. And the location was very close to where we were needing to be at so that was a plus as well

The wireless charging ports/plates in the lobby dining area table did not work. Not sure why, but otherwise no complaints.

The hotel, staff and breakfast were good. It was a good experience over all. We asked for extra towels and linens for the sofa bed , that didnt have any. and the staff happily gave us what we needed.

The pool and jacuzzi were not clean. We only used it the first night and then decided against it. It smelled of urine in the jacuzzi.

I didn’t try the breakfast but i was happy my room was clean and we hand clean linens and towels. The bathroom was very clean and the room was nice and tidy. I felt safe at this location as a single woman traveling alone with my son.

There is no way to improve this but i didn’t like the fact that the floors are thin. You can easily hear people walking heavily above you especially if you have children. It wasn’t that bad in my room at all but at time you can definitely hear it. I’m just used to the hotels i stay in having a more solid foundation no big deal though. Also, I’m not sure if the doors need new weather shipping but you can def hear anything gojng on in the hallway a little too easy for my taste. lol might as well have your door open as easy as it is to hear. Now luckily i could only hear something going on a couple time and definitely not past 10pm. My floor was quiet overall.

Was in a great location . 15 mins from Seaworld . It had ALOT of options to choose from to eat at . Family friendly . Front desk staff was nice . Breakfast was really good . They have an indoor pool .

The room wasn’t 100 percent clean but decent . There was an bar of soap in the shower left from the previous people who stayed in the room & a little trash on the floor but the bed sheets were clean & changed .

I enjoyed the indoor pool and the conveniently placed pools towels within the facility. The bed in my room was cozy. I took a relaxing shower. The towels were fluffy. The good outweighed the scary floors.

I check every hotel bed for bed bugs and when getting a closer look, I saw that the floors were pretty gross. I loved everything about the room, but the floors scared me enough to make sure we didn't leave anything on them.

We stayed with our daughter and grandkids in December and the kids loved the indoor pool and we enjoyed the hot tub while they played in the pool. The whole motel smelled great and the staff were awesome!

The breakfast had a good variety. Grandkids in the past loved the Tx shaped waffles and the motel didn't have a waffle iron. The kids were little disappointed.

Staff was friendly. Room were spacious & clean. Sheets and blankets were soft and comfy. Dove products in bathroom. Plenty of space for clothes and chargers by beds. Breakfast was good and had a variety of things to choose from pancakes , cereal , bagels , toast , muffins , yogurt , omelettes , sausage. It was good. Location was good , close to everything.

Everything,2nd time staying at this location,great location my family and I went to Sea World..Not to far for shopping and restaurants,indoor pool a plus and excellent breakfast..Will stay here again it I come back to San Antonio
