I really liked the hotel having breakfast included on my stay. Enjoyed the hotel having a pool and a place to relax other than the pool. I loved the how clean my room was and the bathroom, most hotels don’t have enough or no shampoo, but In that wasn’t the case for my room. I am happy with my stay and will continue staying in the future.

When getting a room that breakfast is included, please explain better on how many people fall into that. We were 6 in total and only 4 were covered and I had to pay for the drinks and what my son and I ate. At the end I had to pay $61 dollars.

We were checked in by Chase Mauldin - after checking in we ask to also make another reservation for next Friday, within about 2 minutes or less he was done. He was very caring and even gave us a room on the 1st floor near the side entrance - I'm disabled and walk (slow) with a cain.

The room was comfortable and very clean. The shower was exceptional. Much more accessible than a tub with shower. The location was also near the establishment we had to visit

The food offerings were just average. A regular restaurant would be preferable . We would have liked to have an ice machine available also. If there were some , we were not shown where they were.

The front desk associate was very nice. He even recommended a good restaurant in the area to eat a late lunch at while we waited for our room to be ready. The hotel lobby was awesome! Nice bar area and the fire pit outside looked amazing. The King Suite was the best! We had a separate bedroom and living room, each with a tv and a/c controls. The sliding glass door off the living room led out to a seating area with a fire pit that looked so inviting.

I am not sure if this is something to complain about, but the bed was super soft. My husband and I sank deep and couldn't move without disturbing the each other or bumping into each other. Some people might like that, but wasn't great for us. The location was a little strange, behind a funeral home and an empty parking.

This was a beautiful cozy hotel and I loved so much that it was tucked away from the noise of the city. Rooms were nice and clean. The sofa bed was modern and comfy!

I enjoyed the location and friendly staff. It was a very quiet location.

I didn't like that my room had a phone that didn't work , so when I needed front desk I had to go down. I had a room with a broken head board to the bed. The elevators were very dirty.

Staff was friendly. Liked the balcony. Located less than a mile from my destination. I liked that it was. Sort of tucked away from the main street.

Food at the Bistro was bad. They were super nice and took it off the bill. Ended up eating elsewhere.

The rooms were clean, and the hotel itself was very well kept. Also, I liked how the rooms were maintained daily by the cleaning staff.

Not much. I did not like it pretty good place to stay at. I do wish it was cheaper.

Had an excellent visit. Phillip at the front desk helped me in a way that he would not believe. We were there due to an emergency and he went over and beyond to help me by allowing me to do an online interview I already scheduled in a conference room that I was afraid I would not have a place to do bc of our change of plans. Thank you!!!

It was very quiet. There is ample parking. The rooms have a cute small accessible private balcony. Easy access to medical center hospitals.

The beds have need of changing as springs can be felt. Cleaning staff friendly but receptionist very short.
