Convenient only 10 minute drive to downtown and the parking was free unlike most hotel down by the riverwalk where it is upward of $40 a night.

There was no room service available for the on-site restaurants only for breakfast which I found odd. The onsite Starbucks was dirty and there were fruit flies circling the trash that had been sitting there for days. Water in the lobby with orange slices I noticed was empty and still there the next day. Lastly, there was a huge leak in my bathroom I just kept a large towel down to absorb.

As someone who tries to balance between cost and cleanliness when booking, we last minute booked here because it was about $100 for the stay and the ratings seemed nice. For this price point, this is definitely one of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed in while in San Antonio. The rooms are nice and clean! The building has some age shown in the walls and ceilings but because the lobby and rooms were well kept we didn’t mind. I absolutely loved this hotel and would definitely stay again!

The property and everything was great. It was very comfortable and relaxing. The location was okay, but the value of the hotel itself was nice, my only complaint is that they charged an additional fee for the deposit and didn’t tell me beforehand and when I went to ask one of the staff members (I wasn’t able to get his name) he cut me off as I was trying to ask a question, and reassured me that it would be refunded. The money wasn’t the problem, it’s the fact that I couldn’t even ask a simple question. I just thought it was a little rude

The property was clean and well-kept. The room looked as if it had been renovated and fresh. The pool was a delight and full-sized. There were at least over eight adults and a few children in the pool at one time, and I did not feel overwhelmed or over-crowded.

The M Lounge breakfast and snacks were a great addition to our stay, which were included with our rooms. The only problem, booking.com description of the room was not correct and I did not get a room with a balcony. The title of the room stays king baloney. However, the desk attendee informed me the balcony must be in the description of room features. I was compensated for booking.com mistakes in the end with a discount/credit to my bill. I also felt safe staying at this hotel.

Location, facilities nice and employees were very friendly and helpful.

To me, the beds and pillows weren't very comfortable. Beds were small. We were assigned a handicap room, which was fine. The entire bathroom was tiled and was nice, but hard to keep a dry bathmat or something to step on when getting out of the shower. Also, the breakfast was just okay, but not very good for the price.

Bed was comfortable, the room was large and clean, it had a separate section for dining in the corner. The bathroom was clean and had a large shower with great water pressure. Right off i10 but you don't hear the traffic. Plenty of cameras in the parking lot.

Nothing, it was really a great place to stay off the highway.

Room was nice. Modern. Breakfast that we ordered via room service was good. Staff was very friendly. Very nice hotel!

Room was a little small. Wish beds were queen instead of full size. Would have liked a bathroom where the door shut closed , didn't slide. Free breakfast would have been nice but room service was great!

I liked the size of the room, the parking options and the availability of water for guests downstairs in the lobby

I wish I had told room service to come back to clean when I was leaving the room at about 11am. They were usually too early for us because we enjoyed sleeping in

As I was about to start serving my plate one of the kitchen staff went up to me (in front of other people) and told me that breakfast was not included on my room and that would have to play $18.99 per person. When I told him that it was indeed included he proceeded to ask for my room number and when he made sure it was he just said " well some people will come grab some without being included" I replied "I wouldn't do that"so I left my plate where I was about to serve me and my toddler and went back to my room because I was embarrassed.

The hotel was great and had lots of amenities.

Check in was at 3 but they were very behind . It's always bad enough you feel 3 is kind of late without it being delayed even more. I'm sure they were trying their best. The staff was cordial upon check in.
