The room was clean, lots of towels, comfortable bed. I was a little skeptical booking at this location because of some of the reviews and the low price. I'm a single mother with 2 young kids, but I wanted a room that I could step outside without leaving them alone. We arrived later than planned, and the hotel was pretty dark outside, and I was a little nervous. But the man checking us in was very friendly and interacted well with my kids. We got to our room, and it was surprisingly nice and clean and spacious. It was quiet and there was actually no sketchy activity going on that I was aware of. We stayed for 2 nights. We had breakfast, went swimming, went to six flags. Overall the hotel exceeded my expectations. There was a misunderstanding about the deposit, but the immediately fixed it without any problems. I will definitely stay here again. This place is a great value for the price.

I was giving a handicap style room close to the breakfast area and the the front desk. The hotel was very quiet and calm and my room was clean.

I talked to a gentleman on the phone but when I got there he was off of work already. The guy at the desk was cool but not as cool as the guy from the phone conversation.

Location is close to Walmart, laundromat, convenience store and right off I-10. Nice comfortable room.

Shady area but I felt safe. No laundry facilities on site but right up the road is everything you need. Breakfast has no meat options but the waffles looked very good and muffins

The hotel is really clean and love the setting it has. Down side to this location is the area you would be staying in. A lot of home less and stays around the area. Doesn’t affect that I was still able to spend a good night at the hotel and get a good nights sleep. Enjoyed the pool as well, very refreshing.

The front desk workers were very nice and friendly. The guy in front held a conversation and was funny good customer service. I also was glad we were able to get another room after our tv didn’t work in the first room. Pool was very relaxing ! Also starbucks is right next door so it’s a plus for the coffee lovers

I’d say the only thing was the second room I got transferred to the blow dryer didn’t work, and the water didn’t get warm at all in the shower, but hey cold water is suppose to be good for you.

Breakfast was good. I liked the Texas waffles and orange juice. Need more of a selction for breakfast. Maybe some bacon or sausage.

My door was hard to open and close. No smoke detector in the room. The fan/light in the bathroom was coming off. Walls were patched by the celing near the windows. Room had a slight smoke smell to it.

The breakfast was really good and a variety of cereal and food to choose from it was perfect for our family .

We didn't like the am staff working the lobby we greeted then and got no response as they were just sitting around and on their personal cell phones not paying attention to the customers only doing their jobs once their manager arrived into the lobby for work then they wanted to work and help guests and be friendly .We found then to be very unprofessional.

Cleanliness, well mannered, good people, and especially their loyalty to their customers, I'm from the rgv and we traveled to San Antonio for a concert my daughter accidentally forgot her jewelry while we made it back home. I called the hotel the next morning they had found and saved it for us, my cousin lives in San Antonio and had him pick it up.. Thank you so much for your loyalty God bless you.

The room was clean. Smelled a little cigarette. Toilets were a great height due to handicap. Bed was wonderful.

I requested a handicap, didn't get one. It was upstairs, was changed to dwn stairs, kindly.We unclogged the bath tub. It was full of hair.water was backed up.

The property is modern and update de fixtures very clean y comfortable

Breakfast poor selection items Need updates one make waffle for many people. The towels looks old and thin. When we went to the pool area few men open their doors for watching us. I’m scared because I have two girls
