Our 2-year-old daughter is highly allergic to mosquitoes and swells up with one bite, so the inside pool was awesome it was a salt pool. Breakfast was good eggs, sausage links, and toast cold cereal to. Housekeeping was awesome worked hard kept Everything clean towels changed out now I know why the hotel is so clean because it's not the front desk people

The front desk staff was very rude and short with their responses and had a sign if checking out have a cash deposit wait for cash deposit gentleman at the counter said sign is old we don't take cash deposits anymore and still left it there

I loved the location of the hotel! It had stores next to it! Wal-Mart was a huge plus for is being next door. And under 10 min from the Dr. Appt we had in San Antonio! A huge plus was also breakfast! It was delicious and it had a full breakfast bar with two types of eggs, sausage links, tortillas, salsa!!! Waffles, bread, pastries, cereal, apples, juice and coffee.

The room could use some deep deep cleaning and I noticed that the bathtub had a Crack inside bathtub floor. However the room was clean and smelled cleaned!

I liked the fact that we were assigned a handicap room without asking for it. I showered and use toilet without any worries. Thank you so much for the great accommodations you all provided. We are so satisfied and we will most definitely be booking from Comfort Inn again.

A blow dryer in restroom,I forgot mind and didn't go buy one. I really thought there would be one.

Great location!! Front desk check it was fast and they put us in a room next to pool entrance, so it was very convenient for my Autistic son and I. Everyone was friendly and helpful, rooms we comfortable and clean and close to all of the attractions. We will be back to stay soon.

I have 2 children ,1 with special needs. I asked if I could get anything on the first floor, and the worker went beyond and above my expectations. He actually gave us the first room right close to the pool and I'd really appreciate that, since my oldest did want to go to the pool . Oh and breakfast was delicious. The staff was nice.

The breakfast was good despite the bad reviews, I was little uneasy because I read there were roaches but when I called to make sure it was taken care of the front desk receptionist assured me I had nothing to worry about.

The was a smell of pool water in the hall ways but nothing major!

Staff I ask for comforter for sofa bed he only give me small blanket I ask for normal comforter he say he not have anymore so I told give me extra blanket he response I can't unfriendly rude night employee

I love when the owner is working at front desk he is so awesome and dedicated he always makes sure we are comfortable and that if there is anything we need that he does his very best to make his customers satisfied and happy .he is so genuine and smiling in his best mood .it's a great hotel to always stay and feel right at home with no problems. ♥

Room was clean and hotel was quiet

There was no housekeeping if stay was less than 3 days I was ok with that but every day housekeeping came into my room took the dirty towels but never replaced them with clean towels?!!! Trying to find a place to park when I got back to hotel late was a challenge

The hotel and staff were great. The beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was delicious. They never ran out of food.

The pool was advertised as heated but it wasn’t and the mini fridge in the room was leaking.
