The staff was very helpful and courteous along with exceptional clean environment during our stay.

Being a retiree, we have had our share of overnight stays in various hotels. The breakfast was a 5 on a scale of 1 - 10. Better selections of fruits, yogurts, pastries and cereals would get you back up into the 10 category.

Our stay was in room 102. The bed was extremely comfortable, the area was quiet, electrical outlets all around the room. The fact that it provided breakfast was also a thumbs up. A restaurant across the street and a Bill Miller's Bbq within walking distance, a Walmart and an Academy store about a half mile was also convenient to have. Over all our stay was very, very good.

I first thing i didn't like was the fact there isn't enough counter space to set things on in the restroom area. And secondly i didn't like the idea of not having towel holders in the restroom or too close to the toilet area.

The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

The room we were in was right by an external door. Anytime someone would go in or out the door would slam, as there wasn’t anything to show it down when closing. Also, the breakfast was not good. The eggs and bread were very dry, like they’d been sitting in the open, and the bread felt stale because of sitting out. We went to breakfast at 7:15 and breakfast started at 7:00.

Good location nice Friendly comfortable will come back and stay at this hotel was close by to where we had to go.

The slamming of the doors you can hear it loud. Floors to the elevator was dirty and elevator was dirty too you can see the handprints on elevator doors.

The room was clean.

The room was not level, leaned to one side and caused a bit of disequilibrium. The shower in particular leaned and the shower curtain was hanging so that the curtain slid to the middle of the rod. The entrance had a rough patch in the concrete which left the metal underneath showing with pointed ends exposed.

Price was perfect and staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hard to get in and out of lot. First time in a gated community and only 1 way in and out, bit scary and also safe. Either water leak or mold in bathroom ceiling, was scared to spend too much time in there.

the hotel is well located. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff's attention is cordial.

What I didn't like was that we were in a room near the street and you could hear the noise of the cars and we were also near the door to the stairs and you could hear the opening and closing of that door a lot.

The location was good, plus the service was excellent.

It was unfortunate the elevators weren’t working during my stay. As well had a bit of a problem with checking in. Wasn’t told about certain authorization fees and extra holds that weren’t supposed to be put on my room. But once I Went to get some explanation, they were professional and helpful.

Breakfast was tasty and healthy options were available.The staff was very friendly and helpful.We were very happy with our stay at the hotel.Thank you for making our trip memorable.

I wish there were soda machines.Air fresheners in the room would be nice.Ice machine was broken.

Felt secure. Bedding and Beds were extremely comfortable and CLEAN!!! i DIDN'T HAVE TIME FOR BREAKFAST BUT IT WAS ALREADY MADE.... SO JUST GRABBED SOME AND RAN :} Very accommodating people.
