Great customer service. Great location. Tidy room.
Facility lacks a few niceties, but provided adequate shelter overall. Would be nice to have: 1. Sheer curtain under room darkening curtain. 2. Electrical outlet near the table. 3. Transition at stairs landing smoothed out. Specifically for Room 210: 1. Door catches on weatherstrip. 2. Door to bathroom rather stuck.

We usually stay here when we have Dr. Appts or when we have to stay in close by hospital. I appreciate them to set us up downstairs as my husband is handicap.

The gentleman at the front desk, the owner, was very kind and helpful, and the OYO inn was just perfect. My room was very clean and comfortable. I couldn't have been more pleased! Thank you so much! It made my visit to San Antonio a happy one!
I can think of nothing. Everything was to my liking and I felt completely at ease.

The clerk though my husband didn't get a coke from the machine, he came out and was going to give him dollars for it. That was so nice.
The strong smell of cleaning supplies that was in the room. But at least we knew the room was clean an sanarized.

I stay here when I come in from Austin to visit friends and family. The owner is very nice, it is clean, comfortable, and inexpensive! I am always pleased! I will continue to stay here for future visits!

The location, which was close to the airport and many restaurants. As well as being near many other activities. Would love to go back with friends and actually explore the area.
The heat outside, but that's to be expected lol, it's Texas.

the property was in a quiet area and there was a restaurant right next to it which was so convenient! the room was super clean and the bed really comfortable! will definitely stay again!
the outside is a bit run down but the super clean rooms more than make up for that
