Hotel and room were very clean, conveniently located, breakfast was great. Breakfast Staff was very friendly and efficient in restocking when anything got low. Registration staff was great, Audrey and Stephanie and the gentleman at the front desk were awesome! Very courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable and very helpful. All the staff made us feel welcome and at home. The breakfast and big rooms were a plus, I would definitely recommend and stay again at this wonderful hotel!

The location was perfect, near highways and restaurants. The cleanliness was top tier and the staff was welcoming and friendly. The room itself was very spacious, offering a couch/pull out sofa was a big plus. We were able to have room during our stay even with designated areas.

The breakfast was not to my liking. Limited options on hot/fresh food and the turn around time to getting more restocked took longer than expected, given that a large number of people were all eating breakfast at the same time.

The biggest feature of this hotel is that it is very clean. After entering the room, it can be seen that the facilities have been used for a period of time, but they are still very new. They are very clean. After careful examination, no stains were found. The style of the TV is not new, but when used with a set-top box, it has a high fluency. The mattress is soft and long enough. The height of the pillow is also satisfactory. The writing desk is very long, and the chair is easy to move. This one-bedroom suite can actually accommodate 6 people under the condition of efficient use of space. So the price is very acceptable. You can find everything you need in the room. The staff here are very friendly.

If it is necessary to point out what needs to be improved, it is that the hotel can consider upgrading the TV in the room. Nowadays, TVs are also enough. It would be better to upgrade them to 43-inch or 55-inch ultra-thin TVs. These changes can enhance the sense of technology in the room.

The staff was excellent! Room was clean and spacious. Hotel was quiet.

The area is a little sketchy at night. Too many random people hanging out in the parking lot looking suspicious that didn’t seem like they were staying at the hotel. It’s a high traffic area next to target. It’s well lit but I was worried my car would get broken into. Fortunately it was all good. The beds were rock solid. Did not enjoy that at all. You get what you pay for in this situation

Loved yall offered a complimentary breakfast.The room was clean and very comfortable. The housekeeping employees were always making sure everything was presentable and we were asked multiple times if we were needing fresh towels or linens.Loved the surrounding stores we didn't have to go far to experience new things longest drive was 15 minutes yalls location is very convenient.Defiantly will be booking again.

My fiance suggested more options for breakfast.He enjoyed the breakfast for the few days we were there but was hoping for like bacon and like different breading and muffins. The waffles took awhile to toast and he felt like they were stale.

Sringhill Suites was a VIBE! I came from out of state to San Antonio to celebrate my birthday & From the time I arrived to the last day of my stay was outstanding. Maraven, Sarah, Mari & Priscilla were the ladies that I interacted with the most and they did not disappoint. They even went so far to help my man plan a romantic, beautiful surprise for my birthday but helping him with setting up our room while we were out.... Omg it was the most beautiful experience! They gave us the best recommendation to placed to eat, hang out and just simply enjoy our time in San Antonio. The facility was under construction but never once did I notice or did it impact our experience. The place was nice, clean and very well kept. They had delicious complimentary breakfast and were very tentative. I am definitely making another trip to San Antonio and I will be staying here. Thank you again to Maraven, Sarah, Mari and Priscilla for providing us with an unforgettable experience. They made it so much more special for my love and I!!

It was spacious (except the shower room), comfortable, and quiet. The hotel has a nice exercise room. The full breakfast bar had much to offer and even gluten free items!

The shower room is very small in Room 500. The drain emptied slowly. The hideabed sofa is so deep, we had to put pillows behind us to sit up at the edge of it rather than slouching. Would have been nice to enjoy our breakfast outdoors, since the weather was so nice. Also would have been nice to be able to sit by the pool, but it was off-limits due to construction on the front entryway.

Location was good. Easily accessible. Breakfast was acceptable. Coffee was available 24 hours which was great.

Breakfast could have been better. Breakfast timing was ok but when guests are still there and they are taking food, two ladies were literally pulling the stuff from their hands. She did not let me pick a muffin and pour milk in my oatmeal. One lady was constantly coughing without covering her mouth. She could have taken a break or used a mask but it was very uncomfortable listening to her non-stop coughing and serving in food area.

Great breakfast. Wonderful staff. Wonderful wonderful wonderful staff. Didn’t feel like they were Looking over my shoulder all the time-that is a rare quality. Helpful with everything. Beds were a little too firm for me but over great experience.

Downstairs smelt a little Musty but the rooms were great
