The beds were comfortable, the hotel was overall clean on the inside compared to how old the hotel actually was. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I liked that I could park near my room door. Driving to places I needed to go was somewhat easy compared to other areas since that part of San Antonio has so much road construction. The price for two weekend nights was exceptional

I arrived at night around 9pm. The lobby was closed and I had to check in at a side window. I felt like this was a sign we might have chosen to stay in the wrong part of town. Once I woke up in the morning and could see in daylight I realized it wasn’t bad it was probably just for their safety being right off the highway. The was an unpleasant stain on the room darkening curtain that was covered by a newer clean curtain but it made me wonder if anything awful happened in that room. That curtain should have been removed and replaced. The sheets and towels were clean. The floors were not carpet so that made me feel more confident that it was clean. They exchanged our towels on day two of our stay without us requesting which was nice

I liked that it was pretty close to everything and had all that you need around it. I liked it. Many food places and gas stations nearby.

It wasn’t as clean as described. Got two rooms that smelled like smoke until finally the third one didn’t smell. Not too bad inside but sheets did have a hair and honestly seemed to have maybe been reused since they were super wrinkled and inside out. Also, the stay says includes breakfast- there was and is no breakfast. I went up and asked since there is a pretty spacious dining area and the only breakfast there is was juice and granola bars. Should not say includes breakfast really. Just provides a snack in the morning.

Not to many people

The floors could’ve been mopped better and I paid an extra $20 for a late check out but still had them knocking at 11 I think there was lack of communication between staff letting them know that we paid for a late check out at 1 PM

Honestly, the room was great for the value paid. It was clean. Good for a last minute trip and when you are looking for affordable stays.

Just the bed sheets had a couple of stains, towels didn't have good quality and we had to go ask for toilet paper because there wasn't any in the room. They also did not provide the password for the wifi, we didn't ask for it either. Other than this, it was ok. You get what you pay for.

Went for a conference and I had some tour of the American tours .

The transportation by buses wasn't great and there was no great transportation by train as well.

The room was nice. Staff was nice.

I don’t smoke in the rooms unless it is a smoking room. I was almost scared to shower in hot water because they said no steam! I didn’t iron, didn’t want to heat my food up! There must be a very sensitive alarm system for them to post signs stating no cooking, no steam on it!
