I liked that it was exactly what we expected it to be. We read it was a 3 star hotel with motel-style rooms. Free basic breakfast and coffee included in the room. I liked that because when I decided to stay here I had an expectation that I could certainly say was exceeded. (Breakfast ws on time and plenty!, and the beds are more comfy than what a regular motel would have, so good for that!)

Wifi was impressively slow and the TV is kind of old. Room is clean but I would add some extra floor cleaner Mr. Clean/Fabuloso with extra aroma. Also probably including some potable water in the room will not hurt anyone

The property is in great location, I stayed there in the past and has a lot of place to eat around...

Everything in the room was pretty good except the toilet, the property need to fix the water pump because the water keep running all night long, but overall everything was pretty good I know that place and the area pretty good 👌

Their was a specific staff member named Larry was always kind and made sure my stay was great everytime and the Wifi was the best thing to me and how convenient it was with all the establishments near by and restaurants .

Some times the customers that stayed were either loud and some times the rooms weren't clean or the fridge didn't work.

The Staff was super nice always very helpful. Specially Mrs Britney she and her morning staff are the best very accommodating.

The pool wasn't always clean and the rooms could use a little update

I loved the staff. The man that checked me in on the 21st was so sweet, he moved me from upstairs to downstairs with a smile and when I apologized he said, "it is no problem at all." With a smile. And the lady that set the breakfast up, she did it with a smile and greeted everyone she saw. She also made sure that there was always enough food out for the guests. Very sweet woman. And the woman that checked us out did it with a smile. The staff was great. If I could give them a 10 star I would.

No sure there was anything I didn't like.

The employee at the front desk desk was friendly and polite, the outside of the property was clean not to mention the room as well.

There’s really nothing I can think of that I did not like about the property that day.

I like the staff but especially the managing my partner made a hole in the wall by accident by a light fixture and going at the end they were respectful they let me know I paid I was taken care of and it was done professionally so I gave the managing Department props what I also like is the maintenance and the people that walk around that work there taking care of the vehicles and making sure that other people don't come in that are not allowed make me feel safe recommend it to anybody Thank you so much. Night staff was very friendly. Affordable compared to other properties in the area.

When asked to send housekeeping to room in the morning, was told housekeeper wasn’t available and they would see what they could do to bring toiletries or replace towels/sheets after a few days. Not once did housekeepers come. The night staff had to exchange or replenish the requested items.

The Staff is great.. no bitter Betty's working here... Brittany was the greatest and accommodated my check in time.. life saver. Willie was great too infact everyone was nice and helpful including housekeeping. I've stayed in lots of hotels between El Paso Dallas and San Antonio... And ya I look for the best cheap deal and sometime places be a bit scary.. then staff tend to be hateful rude unhappy trolls .. but not here... Cheap rate and everyone was friendly

Rooms need a good cleaning... Why does AC in all hotels get forgotten. But ya a good ol clean is needed

Breakfast + location. Easy access to downtown

A few too many pot holes and knee high weeds gives the property a run down appearance. To me a clean torn towel in the bathroom says, this place is a little rough around the edges
