I liked the location and size of the rooms. Staff we're friendly and attentive.

The bathtub drain requires maintenance, as it tends to clog during showers and takes several minutes to fully drain. This has been inconvenient for some guests who’ve had to wait for the water to clear before using the bathroom again. Additionally, I’d like to request that the floors be cleaned after each visit, as they are sometimes left messy. Lastly, please make sure to check that toilet paper is stocked—during my last visit, I had to walk over and ask for some.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The location was convenient. Right off the freeway and only @ 15 minutes to the River Walk. The rooms were a decent size and clean. The price was reasonable as well.

Only complaint is that our TV didn't work. Didn't bother calling the front desk since we returned to the room so late and left early the next morning.

it was quiet

I sent my son to get more towels cause they didn’t put enough in the room for 3 people they only had 2 sets and I don’t use the same towel twice and my son was questioned as if he was an adult How many people in the room and etc and when I asked the man he was just arrogant saying you only booked for 3 people I said it’s only 3 people there and he answered I’m gonna watch the camera and from that moment I was ready to go and I won’t stay there again because my family doesn’t have time for that I should get a damn refund cause the way he went about the situation over towels I didn’t like if you gone have a fit over giving out towels then close your hotel

Rooms were clean and staff was super friendly. The place might look sketchy but it was quiet and we felt safe. No weird people or funny situations. I wouldn't recommend walking around at night because it's a very empty area.

I love the full size kitchen fridge/freezer. We brought pizza boxes back to the room and I was happy that the entire box was able to fit in the fridge. I also like the size of the room. It honestly feels large enough to be a studio apartment. I also appreciated the quick and easy check in.

I don't like the color of the sheets. They're a beige color and it comes across as looking dirty. It looks like it was supposed to be white but it isn't even though it is obviously just an off white color.

They were able to work with us after we mistakenly booked a day before the day we were supposed to arrive. They have an extremely friendly staff from the front office to the cleaning ladies. Will definitely book with them again if we are in San Antonio area.

Just wish we could've used the pool

The night I checked in on 11-4-23 the gentleman in the front was amazing very welcoming and very professional Thank you for making us feel at home,as our home was being renovated.

My stay was great. There was no dislikes. Housekeeping outstanding and the workers are on point! Very clean rooms....

It’s great value for your money. There are lots of space with a full sized refrigerator

The tub draining is slow and the water build up when you take a shower

The hotel was pretty good for the price. Everything in the room looked pretty new so that was good.

Maintenance just needs to be more clean because there was a condom rapper in the room( not mine) and a couple of hairs in the bed( also not mine).

The front desk people are nice they attend to whatever u need
