I loved how the property had a great amount of lighting and is in a very convenient location. It is located right off of the highway and across from not only gas stations but restaurants.

The only issues I can truly say I experienced was that on my last day there wasn’t water. I did inform the office and they reached out to get the issue resolved. It was an inconvenience as I had plans for the day so I had to shower across the street at the Petro Travel Station. Also, I was unaware that the rooms don’t get serviced on a daily basis and I had booked for 4 nights, I was under the impression the room would be cleaned, etc. As I am a pretty tidy person myself this didn’t directly affect me but may affect others.

This is one of a few places I will consider coming back to. It's just out there far from city transit VIA busses..the price is exactly what I was looking for..the gentleman at the front desk very nice very informative and treated me with the utmost respect..I would recommend this place to friends, family and well everyone. There's no noise from anyone. The property is well maintained and has surveillance cameras everywhere. The washer and dryers are top notch. The best ones yet.. very clean outside no trash thrown all over..The property manager is the best yet he helped us when we needed it 🙌. Very understanding kind and knowledgeable. I have the utmost respect for him.

I didn't like the small TV on the wall .

My spouse and I stayed here for a week, we loved the location, how attentive the staff was to our needs, and the overall value for the week added to the quality. I think because it was very affordable, then my husband and I could focus on doing fun things around the city. : )

There was a wave of crickets the first night that we stayed. Although it was not in the staffs control, the crickets got all over our stuff and in our room, and were scattered and dying all over the floor, there was no broom or anything to move them so we did our best to shoo them outside or to the side.

The staff was friendly! Also shout out to housekeeping. They came in everyday and tidy up or left me with fresh towels.

Update: I recently returned to this same hotel and was given this room, they fixed all the issues. The A/C works (looks like it was replaced) and this time there were no bugs. I enjoyed my stay!! The A/C in my room (161) did not work. I had to sleep without the comforter because it was extremely hot in the room. The fridge also took a while to get cold. Some of the outlets did not work either. The door had about an 1 inch gap at the bottom, so a huge spider and a few critters and leaves came inside my room. The people next door to me every night were out drinking and partying.

I have always been treated with respect. They always go above my expectations

The fact that my daughter started her cycle in her sleep and got the sheet dirty and a towel I went and talked to the staff and was made to feel like I would have to pay for it. These things happen. It's a part of life. Sometimes it happens and you don't even know it's going to happen.

The Manager Dee is always welcoming. And as far as the area. I have no worries parking my truck and not being able to see it. They make sure it stays safe. The housekeeping is outstanding! When you walk in a room you know it was cleaned well. From the bed sheets to the towels.

I do have any complaints about this place at all

The budget-friendly price, the amenities, the friendliness and helpfulness of the housekeeper, the roomy-ness, and the knowledgeable assistance of the motel clerk.

The location is about a 30-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, there's only one texmex restaurant nearby, one truckstop with high prices for hot food, and one store.

In my wife's and my opinion, everything was wonderful. Obviously, it's no Hilton, but you get more than what you pay for here. The staff are truly friendly and helpful; as well as respectful and courteous. Thank you!

There could have been more outlets. I don't like that when you plug else into the other outlet and turn the light off, everything gets turned off. We had to buy a separate extension, for cell phone chargers.

Small little kitchen area with good size fridge, microwave and 2 burner cooktop and a wet bar sink to wash dishes if needed. The bed is super comfortable and it was a relaxing quiet stay. The staff is excellent. I’m staying here when I come back to San Antonio again and I highly recommend this property

I have stayed here a few times and have always had a great experience. The staff are always friendly and very nice to guests. I will always recommend to friends and family as they travel through this area.
