Clean and well-kept facility with all the amenities you need. The parking is free and well-lit. The rooms are spacious with a convenient lay-out and comfortable bed. The daily breakfast is such a great feature! They offer scrambled eggs (meat and vegetarian), DIY waffles, tortillas, variety of pastries, and cereal with multiple juice options, tea, and 24-hour coffee.

Sometimes the rooms feel a bit humid and there seems to be a pervasive odor to the common areas of the hotel (lobby and hotels). It’s not a bad smell, just difficult to place, like the lingering smell left behind after fixing flavorful food.

The room and amenities of this hotel are wonderful! The room was very spacious with a lots of room to store and spread out belongings. The larger fridge was so nice to have. Continental breakfast each morning was always ready and plentiful. The room was quiet, dark, and climate controlled. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made our stay enjoyable and seamless. We stayed here while attending a convention at Freeman Coliseum and couldn't have picked somewhere more convenient. With only a 3 minute drive down the road and free parking at the hotel, our stay was very affordable and practical. We went into downtown San Antonio on multiple days with no more than a 7-8 minute drive anywhere. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel is very well-maintained and clean but is an older builder so it comes with some of the expected charm of age. The hotel rooms have hard floors (laminate and vinyl) which makes it more noticeable when someone is walking around their room above yours. With the sound of the A/C unit, it was very muffled but still there. Earplugs would probably help. No other external noises otherwise (hallway or outside).

There was an odor in the corridor of the floor I was at, on some days Lighting in the room wasn't bright, except for the desk light The refrigerator in the room wasn't working optimally. It didn't get its contents cold Some front desk representatives didn't respond to greetings. Not okay for someone working in the hotel industry

Convenient to freeway. Free parking. Well kept property. Clean room and hotel. Comfortable bed. When we asked for our room to be cleaned the following day - it was cleaned to our expectations. Staff very friendly and went above and beyond from front desk personnel to housekeepers. Food was good.

Feel the room could have had some upgrades - maybe a bench to sit on in room. Some outlets didn’t work. Shower floor was a bit slippery. Floor in front of window was a bit damaged/weak. The rolling desk chairs in the above hotel room could be heard in our room below rolling across floor. More hot food would be great - biscuits and gravy, bacon. Maybe some fruit.

This 3-day stay could have been a disaster, but with the attentive response of the desk staff, it turned out to be very pleasant after all. The night we arrived, there was VERY loud stomping and dragging noises coming from the room above. Since it was late, and we needed to rest, I called the front desk to complain. They tried their best to address the problem with the tenants above, but it was still somewhat noisy. For the rest of our 3-day stay, our room was very quiet, peaceful, and restful. The breakfast was hot and for us more than adequate. We will definitely return for another 3-day stay soon. Btw...I wanted to score this hotel a "9," but my wife insisted that I give a "10!"

VERY noisy our first night.

I loved the welcome I received upon arrival. I loved seeing the staff engaged and their friendliness! I loved the smell of cleanliness. I also felt safe! Shital and Walter are the best. Really, ALL are the best. I just didn't grab everyone's names. My stay was delightful and I plan to stay here again-- as long as Shital & Walter and the staff are here!!

Honestly, the only thing I didn't like and I don't like is that those of us who are not "pet people," (especially due to a past trauma) have to be on elevators with them. That's our issue with any hotel these days. I wish there were as much considerations for non-pet "people ". We don't hate them. Some of us are genuinely afraid and allergic. Anyway, this hotel is still good.

Everything was so absolutely amazing! The rooms were clean and the a/c worked great. The room was so spacious with 2 queen beds then a fold out bed/sofa in nook between the restroom and the bed area, it's great. The pool was so clean, we went multiple times throught our stay and it was pristine every time. There are towels ready and folded for when you come out the pool and the elevator is right around that cornloveMy family and I loved how close everything is to the hotel, like literally anything you want or need is within like 10-15 mile radius. You name it it's there, a mcdonalds, popeyes, Starbucks, dollar tree and heb, a vape shop within a 5 mile radius then there's a Walmart, dennys,wendys,taco bell, kfc, wings top within 10 miles. It boggles my mind how conveniently located this hotel is. Then aside from the convenience of the location the staff are so friendly, welcoming and super accommodating. Throughout the evening and night I would look out the window and see Walter or yosh walking around the grounds with a flash light every single night and that made me feel safe, it really put some of my worries at ease, I really really appreciated that. We loved all the staff (especially Walter😀 ) every single person we interacted with while we were there was just so absolutely amazing, friendly and accommodating. Like I said in my review last year, "we will be back next year" again, so we'll see yall then guys 🫡✌️👋

There was absolutely nothing that I did not like.

we found a good price rate for the 2 nights we stayed at this hotel. Our room had a little kitchenette and a big refrigerator that allowed us to storage our food and drink. room was clean and spacious, and breakfast was delicious. we love to come back to this hotel and find the same good service and value for our money.

the internet wasn't working during our second night, the staff at front desk tried to help but it was out of their hands. still, they were polite and ready to help.

The staff were very helpful. The room we were given initially smelt damp and musty so we asked for another room and was moved straight away to a larger room which also had a large fridge/freezer in it. Ideal for us on a road trip and keeping our drinks cold. The hotel was busy as there was a concert on at the Frost Centre so lots of people were staying there as it was a convenient location for the concert venue. Although it was busy there was sufficient room in the car park.

Nothing adverse - all good.

The location, the staff, the room. It was all perfect, its right next to some apartments with a small park and it feels really safe. The bathrooms were clean, sheets were clean. The entire room was just absolutely perfect and the price was amazing. The breakfast is good too, they provide your choice of cereal, waffles, toast, sausage, eggs, oatmeal.. juice, coffee, apple juice. Its just all around great. I loved it 10/10 I would definitely stay there again.

The elevators seem a bit spooky but it might just be me since elevators have always made me feel nervous.
