Was quiet, giving that most rooms were taken by oil field employees, I was surprised that we did not smell the dirt and mud you usually smell. Was very impressed on the room, extremely clean. Felt I was in the city, decor was not what I expected in that small town. Would stay again. 😏

The cable service was not great, unsure if internet but kept going out, so made it extremely hard to enjoy a movie or TV show.

This motel is a great value for the price! This was our second time to stay there.

The bed was a little too firm for us old people, but we enjoyed our stay otherwise. The property and room was pleasant, well kept, clean and quiet.

Continental breakfast included a waffle maker, excellent. Coffee, juices, fruit... Clean, fresh, very nice.

Some of the facilities were under construction so parking lot had extra trucks, equipment, etc. but not bad.

Did not have a pool. Did not have a full breakfast (only cereal & coffee) My room telephone did not work to call out.

I liked the lady at the front desk, the room layout, that it was tidy and seemed clean and that the bed was comfortable.

Everything was great and well executed. Everyone on the staff cared about everything and always made sure I had what I needed. The room was very well provided and clean! Truly great TV, Wi-Fi , coffee and more!

I didn't have any hot water but, in the heat of the area, was able to overlook.
