The room size, accommodations and cleanliness are unmatched. The bed was heaven like . The staff is well informed, courteous, respectful and very mindful of the individual tastes and desires of its guests. And above all else, knows the importance and neccessity of its guests privacy and their needs for discretion.

Location is one of the worse. Access to and from hotel is dangerous and confusing. Roads in and around hotel parking lot are riddled with canyon sized potholes . Sidewalks are just as bad.

The location was convenient to highway. Nice that breakfast was offered. Rooms were very clearn.

The beds and pillows could have been a bit more comfortable but based on price point was as expected. More options for breakfast would have been nice ex. yogurt cups, bananas.

The staff was great. Thanks to Tanya she checked us in, and was extra helpful to get the TV to work. It was the receiver for the remote was behind the stand. She came up to the room to get it working. She should get a raise. The room and hotel is clean, and the staff with the breakfast was great..

The first time we stayed they were the best beds out of 50 other hotels across the country, and breakfast is great while the nescafe mocha coffee is my favorite. But for some reason booking.com booked me in an ADA room and i got overcharged while having to sleep on a beed that needed replaced due to over usage and age. But beside the hotel bed, its one of the nicest and so are the staff.

Lilliana with housekeeping was great. We were there for an extended stay and she continuously checked in on us for any necessities.

Hotel was hard to find and only fast restaurants near.

Everything. The cleanest, the staff was very friendly, especially the receptionist.

The kids couldn’t watch the tv, since any app(YouTube, Netflix m, etc) did not work. But not big deal, we enjoyed staying there.

Really great rooms loved the view the staff was very welcoming and friendly the room was amazing wished there wasn't 2 TV remotes for a TV but overall it was a great stay

The location is a big one I didn't like also the entrance to it was a little confusing thought it would be more closer to downtown but 20 min away isn't too bad but for sure not trying to go to corpus Christi though

The rooms were clean and staff was great too.

I booked thru a third party and the front desk couldn't find my confirmed reservation. I then called booking.com and it took an hour to fix.

Breakfast was amazing, freshly made and hot. The lady assigned was very clean and was on her game.

The only problem was the hallways smelled musty. Carpet need a cleaning.
