It’s a very wide room for a one bedroom. The neighbors were very peaceful and to themselves at least the 3 days that we stayed. I love the parking lot security gate while visitor parking is ONLY at the front office. I would 100% stay again but with my little rat terrier.

Least to say is, this complaint is not completely the facilities fault but the entry is VERY worrisome. Considering both exits are coming off the highway and the street to the hotel is around 65. Most people don’t slow down enough to come though the entryway 😅

The rooms were clean and provided amenities in the room that are really helpful. Room was spacious and the convenience of having the cook top, microwave, fridge and kitchen sink and cabinets was awesome. We were provided the basic necessities and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

Although we were asked not to smoke in our rooms, the 2nd floor smelled of smoke. The elevator was a little dated and took a while. But I definitely would stay here again. I didn't appreciate the neighbors we were placed beside were arguing really loud in the room next door and then started banging on our wall when we got a little loud laughing. But that is something the staff couldn't control.

It was a good location from my family. It was gated because the area is an older neighborhood.

Not enough handicap parking spaces by back entrance and the one that was had a person parked who did not have a handicap tag. My mom has a bad ankle and she had to park almost at other end of building in a regular space. Out tub also had hair in it from prior guest.

The elevator wasn't working completely smoothly it had a few lil moments when we were waiting for a lil while and then while inside it acted like it didn't know which way we were going! But that was only a couple of times and the other times we used it the elevator ran smoothly!

Ease of check in. Free parking. Clean and comfortable room. Nice hot water and the kitchenette and refrigerator was such a convenience

Our room was non smoking and even though I assumed most rooms were it smelled of smoke. Not just cigarettes.

I work late hours, I needed clean sheets and towels. I did not know that theree are certain hours this can get done, but what about the guests who work during the only hours that I am able to exchange my linen. I was upset about having to use dirty linen one more night due they're inconvenient hours. They should have something in place for the guests that aren't able to go speak with someone there business hours.

Nice and clean area. Great price for a one night stay and with a full kitchen too.

The AC/heater wasn’t working all too well. Room was cold through the night but bed was comfortable and the thick blankets helped some.

I apologize for forgetting her name but the woman that checked us in was awesome! She was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area!

The elevator was uncomfortable but it did it's job.

everything was perfect couldn’t ask for anything better for been my first time staying in Dallas especially the staff very very helpful and very professional loved it will come back again

everything was great except they left a eyelash stuck on the bed backboard the last lady that was staying there but didn’t mind lol 😆
