Manager and staff were very helpful. I traveled with my in law and her children so we booked separate rooms, but the staff accommodated us by putting our rooms next to each other upon request (we are not seasoned travelers and were anxious to be apart). Rooms were also clean and cleaning services came regularly. The property was very well lit outside compared to comparable priced places we passed so I felt safe as someone new to the area.

I found one bug in my room during my entire week-long stay and I think it was a baby roach. But it was a one time occurrence, never saw anything else after that.

The rooms were nice and neat. The lobby was small but always had coffee. The price was very reasonable and the neighborhood seemed quite. A small convenience store was next to it. The outside pool looked nice and clean. We picked this hotel because it was close to the air force base, a 5-10 minute drive and no interstates. The staff were all very polite and accommodating. They switched my mothers room from the second floor to the first floor the next day. O the black out curtains were the BEST! They had art on them and 97% of light was blocked, give or take a %.

Nothing but the beds had hollow metal bottoms that when your feet knocked into them it made a loud sound. We got used to it.

Perfect location on Military drive for family wanting to be close to the JBSA Lackland Air Force base for the BMT ceremonies and graduation. Easy access to Luke Blvd, Luke Gateway East Gate/Luke East Visitor Center. Lots of food options 10-15 minute drive (Whataburger, Chick Fil A, Buffalo Wild-wings, Olive Garden, and more).

Nothing negative about this motel. It served its purpose well for us.

The motel is very close to the base, which was perfect. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and everything was clean and neat. Vic at the front desk was very helpful with information regarding the base and times to get there so we wouldn’t be in a lot of traffic. He also waited very patiently for me to arrive as my flight was delayed and I came in late at night.

I went to an air force graduation ceremony, so the location was very convenient. Was very clean and the people very nice.

My bed lights weren't working. The room was a little bit too humid. One day after the shower the whole room floor was super slippery. The TV was only Roku and the wifi was not working on it. So there was nothing to watch. I didn't have a computer.

The location was great for getting to Lackland AFB quickly and it was nice and quiet. Parking was good and the staff was also very friendly.

The water pressure in the shower was not very strong and having a lid on the toilet seat would have been better.

Very friendly staff, place is super close to the base for easy access, it's 3 signal lights from the entrance gate. Very quiet. Room was good. Beds comfortable, everything worked. No complaints, will definitely stay here again.

Super close to Lackland- easy access to the base. Clean and had coffee maker, fridge, and microwave in room. The staff is the star here, super helpful and friendly.

Strong room smell of cleaner? But understandable as I visited in the heat of June and the rooms are stuffy with the air running 24/7.

This facility was very clean. Housekeeping always freshened the room up day where alot of places housekeeping doesn't touch the room after checking without the guest requesting them to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was quiet even for being across from the base.

The floor in the bathroom was often wet for no appearent reason.

They had a clean room set up for me and my baby so I lived that. It was safe and close to the Airforce base which helped me a lot. The staff too were very nice and helpful from the front desk to the cleaners. They kept my room clean everyday for the three nights I was there
