Me and my family at Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Lackland AFB San Antonio for the USAF BMT graduation, and our experience was excellent. This hotel is a great option for families attending the graduation due to its convenient location near Lackland Air Force Base (appx 8 minutes away from Luke East Gate). The staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. A special mention to Linda, who was very kind and helpful to us. The hotel manager went above and beyond, assisting with an additional stay booking and an extension without any hassle. They also allowed us to check in early, which was greatly appreciated after a long trip. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing ample space for a family stay. Breakfast was decent, offering a good selection of food to start the day. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming and comfortable. For those attending the USAF BMT graduation, this hotel is highly recommended because of its proximity to the base, excellent service, and overall convenience. The combination of helpful staff, spacious rooms, and a prime location makes it a solid choice for visitors.

Breakfast was decent, though the food selection could have been better with more options. However, this is more of a suggested improvement rather than a complaint.

The hotel was very nice, very clean. Staff was awesome and friendly. We went for my brothers graduation from lackland Air Force base the location was perfect, only 5-7 mins from the base and staff offers you a goody bag on first day of graduation since we had to leave at 5am to be able to get through the traffic so it was nice for them to prepare that for you! Loved that they had security person doing rounds as I had seen in many other hotels reviews that they had break ins in their cars so it feels safe to say that this hotel had everything we needed. 😊 The only thing I would not recommend would be the free lemon water they have in the lobby. Would not recommend to drink from that. Definitely sink water and not the good one. Made my mom sick. We took some in an empty water bottle and tried to drink from it in the morning and it was awful made my stomach upset too.

Trip for Airman graduation. Good breakfast, the staff will give you a to go bag if you are leaving before 6 (which I learned is not necessary). The base is 5 minutes away. All good fair priced / fair stay. Yes, for a little more money, there are other options nearby. It appeared this is a landing spot for Air Force families wanting to be close to the base. Good choice for just a place to stay for graduation. No kitchenette, yes microwave, yes coffee, yes, refrigerator, yes gym.. Clean and good enough to meet above average / medium level necessary needs of a hotel for graduation. Go ahead. No regrets. Nice staff. Lots of breakfast. Good memories.

The hot tub had to be closed. Had one car with occupants staying in their car for hours on end looked a tad shady (parked in the back). I did see it appeared security checked on them. You have to ask for fresh towels or snag from the spa. Nice meeting areas.

I took the family to San Antonio to go to SeaWorld. I was looking for a good hotel that fit my budget. I came across Country Inn and Suites at LAFB and was pleasantly surprised when I checked in. Room was very spacious and I loved the tile floors. I liked that the hotel is pet friendly and did not make me pay a deposit for my pet. A lot of the reviews made me skeptical about my choice of Hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised that changes have been made by the Hotel management company to rectify the problems that were listed by earlier reviewers.

There were 2 “complaints” that I had: the continental breakfast consisted of biscuits, gravy, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, and a waffle maker. Oatmeal did not have any toppings or mix ins. The other complaint was the tub did have several places where the lacquer was coming up.

All I can say is thank you all for caring so much about your guest needs the way that you do. Our stay was everything and I love the fact that they have security at night. Great restaurants near by and shopping centers. The breakfast wasn’t at its best, but hey dress it up a little and it will save you some funds if you’re on a budget. Maybe it’s just me cause I am a Louisiana Gal lol☺️ overall when we come back to San Antonio this will be our place of stay again. Thank you all for your excellent hospitality..

Very good Breakfast and everything went well, no complain. Staffs are courteous and helpful.

I'm a Physically disabled Veteran and the elevator is on the East end and my room was on the 2nd floor on the west end of the building. Was not offer any choices on what floor. Booked rooms with Booking.com. Asked Staffs for Veteran discount but was told nothing that they can do because we booked with Booking.com. Next time will book directly with you guys.

KILLERRRRR!! my entire family loves him and I have booked three more stays here not only because this is definitely one of the nicer hotels in the area, but killer literally makes my day. And if anybody tries to get rid of him, it will be incredibly bad for business because everybody loves killer he is not aggressive at all. He is a very timid and shy street dog and this hotel is home he belongs here. I go back home to Florida, and I tell everybody about the resident dog that lives in the lobby of the hotel and it literally brings me joy just to talk about it.

The only thing that would make me not like this place is if somebody tried to relocate killer. He belongs here.

It was clean, quiet, and very close to the military base. I liked that the three pillows on the bed had different levels of firmness, because I don't like my pillows to be too hard or too soft. I was also glad the room had a mini fridge & microwave. I would've preferred for the shower to have an anti slip mat in the tub, but it was ok. Overall, I was pleased with the room, especially for the price.

I like the breakfast 😋 I love that you had an exercise room, pool, and spa, I just found out about all off that the night before my stay ended. So I just wish I could've got to enjoy the perks 😕

I didn't like that I didn't have face towels from the start. Even though I didn't put my do not disturb sign out, I didn't like that they came into my room. Truly honestly I found a dead roach in the tub and I got some tissue and investigated it and it was a roach. So yeah just thought you should know. The remote control was beat up, no back, batteries popping out.

Location was excellent for base activities. You can quickly access downtown and surrounding areas. It was a perfect spot to assist with getting around town!

We were not greeted upon arrival. The gym was under construction. This was a very important aspect of our choice. The side entrances were supposed to be locked after 10. Two nights we came back well after hours to find the doors unlocked. These 2 minor things kept us from reviewing higher.
