We stayed here for a week. Couldn't have asked for anything closer to Lackland AFB. My son graduated from basic and I wanted as much time with him as possible. This was the place. Not even 10 mins away depending on traffic. Now this isn't a 5star hotel but let me tell you the service was great. We asked for more towels and washcloths. No problem. Every encounter we had was with owners. They were super friendly and polite. Room had microwave, fridge, hairdryer, ironing board and iron. Beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. If we were to come back down we would definitely stay here again. We didn't use the pool since he wasn't allowed too however it was very nice.

There wasn't a coffee pot in the room. Not a problem. We asked about coffee and they had one. So even that was fine.

Close to the AF base

Toilet made noises and you have to hold down the lever until it flushes and the office smelt like a kitchen like if they cooked dinner needs to be aired out

We arrived there because we Left other hotel where we had a bad experience so we Left from that hotel at 11pm ... And get to Oyo hotel almost at midnight. The front desk man where very kind with us, we just stayed there for a night, but it was a very good experience., It was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again.

there is nothing I did not like

Go-to list always includes water pressure, AC, beds, and location. The AC was very cool and not loud enough to disturb my slumber. The water pressure could use some umpf, but, on that note, the water got very hot very quickly which is awesome. The room was clean and the toilet flushed great. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were crisp and white. I was pleased with my visit and do plan if in the area to stay there again. Front desk was very polite. There is plenty of parking and there is also a pool. We did not get to use the pool but from where I could see it was nice. There is a microwave and fridge.

Shower pressure could use some more umpf

It wasn’t that bad. They were clean but could use more accommodations and never did they all if everything is ok with the room or anything.

Like I've said before in recent stays there I've never been upset bout the place the room nice the pool great rate it real good

There's nothing I don't like about the place been staying there alot staff has always been great I travel from fortworth and stay there great

I didn't like that the pool was closed. I also didn't like that there wasn't enough pillows on the bed to say it was a king size there was only two pillows

the location and the price for the room.

They charge a deposit for damaged property and dirty linen when the room was damaged and the linen was dirty when it should have clean linen, room should look like new, and be able to replace the furniture with the deposit they have received. Homeless people in the area.

I didn't see any breakfast facility in the lobby but there was a restaurant in the front parking lot of the Hotel - Very Good variation of food to select from and very good tasting.

NOT VERY MUCH ! Everything was good clean and the lobby management was very pleasant ! The housekeeper on duty the day we checked in was VERY HELPFUL with assisting me when my remote would not work. She took the time to download the instructions on how to connect the universal unit .. VERY PLEASANT AND HELPFUL !!
