Great place , really clean , and the beds was super comfortable. If I had to have one dislike , just maybe the water in the shower can get a little hotter , but all its still good , they give you an car sticker to avoid getting towed at night , they keep their parking lot very safe

We have stayed before... we absolutely love this place.. washers, dryers. Snack closet, in the room is clean and comfy. I will always try to stay here when I need to. Planning to come back this summer

the property was clean and the staff was exceptional

when we booked the room, we were told that there would be a breakfast and we were also told that there was a sleeper sofa for one of my children. Neither one was actually an option which made my daughter and son have to share a bed and I was not expecting to pay $2 a yogurt or tiny box of $2 cereal which required a tiny $3 milk.

The room was spacious, clean and quiet. The staff was very helpful in moving out of the first room which was right next to the construction going on in the hotel. The laundry facilities were very convenient. The bathroom was a good size and great water pressure.

There was a lot of construction and quite a strong smell of paint on the second floor which is why we moved to the bottom floor. The pool feels like it's right in the middle of a parking lot, perhaps putting up some privacy fencing would make it feel more relaxing.

We loved the fact that it was so close to Lackland Air Force Base!! It made our early early mornings to watch our daughter graduate so much faster and easier

The entrance points to the center area of the hotel where our room was. I wish there was more accessible parking.

Large room, good location, comfortable bed, separate bedroom, nice size bathroom.

Barstools were covered in what looked like sugar. Air conditioner was quite loud.

I chose this hotel because it allows pets. I’ve stayed with this chain before and find them consistently comfortable and clean.

the dog area is small and it grossly littered with dog poo from guests that didn’t clean up after their pets.

it was clean & conveniently off the freeway, but the surrounding area looked a little sketchy

The check-in process was more complicated than it needed to be. No breakfast or coffee in the lobby in the morning

Clean and spacious room. Smelled very fresh. Nice kitchen and coffee maker etc. staff was very nice.
