The hotel is a nice place with a good location, having the river placed behind it. It is about a 8 minute walk depending on pace to the beginning of the riverwalk area with restaurants and other hotels. The room sizes are nice, the restroom in my suite was extremely small, the bonus was the shower. The breakfast is good, even though the room is tiny, it works. Sunday brought in a huge crowd for breakfast and the line was long. Breakfast hours during my stay ended by 9:30am on the weekends, which is very early. Plan ahead. The staff were great and cheerful and seemed to really care about the guests needs. The fitness area is also small, but had cardio equipment and dumbells. The pool closes by 9, which was also very early. Parking will soon be $27 a night, in an enclosed area in front of the hotel. Overall, we had a nice experience.

Was directly on the riverwalk and a short but beautiful walk to all the shops and restaurants

The only negative was had to pay to park our vehicle in the parking lot. Don’t understand this concept.

The breakfast was good. As a vegetarian, my options are usually limited. But they provided French toast (which has eggs though) on one day and pan cakes on the other day. The potatoes were very delicious. And then they have the usual breads and things. So we were able to have a good breakfast.

At least one of the representative at the front desk was hesitant to smile or wish whenever I said hello to her. That made me feel really uncomfortable. I know they can be in stress at times, but there were 2-3 occasions where this happened. I felt as if she was doing a favor to me. Every other staff was friendly This is definitely not expected from this hotel.

For a 3-star hotel, you get a lot for your money. A very large room, close to city center but located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood. The breakfast selection was not very diverse but quite sufficient for a few days visit.

Didn’t like is perhaps a bit harsh, more like something to be aware of. The gym facilities are on the simpler side, as the gym was small and catered more for cardio than strength training. However, the equipment was in excellent condition. I did not use the pool, but it was quite small so more for relaxing than extended swimming.

I've been staying at this Hotel for about 4 vacation trips now. Breakfast variety is great and staff kept attention to low quantity items. Have always liked the spacious rooms.

Last visit there was no charge for parking, this charge will definitely make me reconsider booking here again. Bar was closed for renovations and new carpet was being installed in lobby during our stay. Couple in room 314 had kids that were very loud way into the nights. Price for 4day stay was excessive $1500

I always choose a hotel that has breakfast, and this did not disappoint. I like that the hotel wasn't exceptionally large, and it wasn't a skyscraper. Overall it was quiet. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. One gave us recommendations for places to eat, and the one who checked us out was especially cheerful and helped us leave with a positive feeling.

The wi-fi was spotty. It was completely out one night, so we weren't able to get any work done. After that, we had to keep reconnecting every 15 minutes or so. The room was clean, but there was hair left over in the bathroom when we got there. I know how hard that is to get though!

The location is close enough to the action of the main area of the River Walk (around an 8 to 10 minute walk) but far enough that it’s very quiet at night. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Free breakfast was a nice touch given there isn’t anything directly next to/near the hotel.

I’m not sure if some of the front desk staff were new/inexperienced, but some of the staff I interacted with weren’t particularly helpful. I asked if a taxi could be booked for me as I had an early morning departure and I was told to just order an Uber myself.

Yes, the breakfast was excellent, has a very healthy variety of breakfast fruits and vegetables, eggs, meats, juices, milk and cereals, coffee, along with the surprise to me of real plates, silverware, glasses and mugs for your coffee instead of paper plates, cups and plastic utensils for eating

In the room, I would say that the bathroom door and toilet were very close to each other upon closing the door and exiting the bathroom.

The Hotel Reception Desk were great resources for our questions. The Hotel was very clean! Great TV reception and station selection. Breakfast was fantastic and varied each day. Good selections. Ready to go as self service breakfast and a lot of seating areas. Delicious Breakfast. Bed was very comfortable. House cleaning did a great job getting the room ready for the next day, while we were out. Easy access at the desk for taxis and local transportation.

I really can't think of anything. A list and map of nearby local restaurants would have been helpful.

Great location,about 10min walk to river walk shops even the hotel is located on the river walk .very walkable area.few minutes walk to tower of America.lots of hotels and businesses around.we were with little kids and walk night time (of course always have to look around tor safety but its great place)

The number of tables for breakfast needs to be increased.its not right to offer breakfast ,you have the guest but no tables to seat and eat.very small area to eat.
