The location was great, having the HEB Market next to hotel and being close to all the downtown main attractions, the River Walk and other ammenities was a huge plus! Definitely a great place to stay!! We will return for sure!!

I loved the location. Very close to the Riverwalk and there was no need to take the car. I liked the room, as it was spacious and had an area for relaxation. Also, I liked that it had a parking lot without an additional fee. Very nice waffles for breakfast.

I did not like the elevators, they were located in not so convenient locations. We had to walk so much to get to our room, so we would sometimes just walk the stairs rather than take the elevator. I also did not like the options for breakfast. Very limited hot foods and limited seating area. Also, terrible breakfast time 7:30-9:30. Also in bed, the duvet seemed reused, as it did not look completely white, so that was not a cool thing to find out.

Location was good. Parking was free. Close to the international market and within walking distance of Riverwalk. There is an HEB market across the street. Coffee was good. Room was clean and big with sofa, chair, great desk and chair, lot of plugs. shower with glass doors was really nice.

Mop water left very strong soap scent in the lobby areas every day. Stairway to 2nd floor was hard to find and only at one end of the long hall. Elevators were really slow to arrive and I had multiple conversations with people waiting a long time at the elevator. Hot food at breakfast was spare with bulk scrambled egg tray and sausage patty tray.

Close proximity to local shopping and the San Antonio River Walk should you choose to do so. Staff was friendly and attentive. The rooms were very clean and orderly. The bed was comfortable, but not the pillows. The particular room we stayed in was large in comparison to most hotels we've ever stayed in. The breakfast selections varied daily and were tasty also. Hands down would recommend this facility to friends and family.

The elevator was super slow. And... the ONLY complaint i have about this hotel is the pillows!!! They were lumpy and not comfortable at all. Other than that, they deserve a great rating. Maybe I'm just funny about pillows.

Room was great more than enough space for three adults on a short stay. We all got our own bed or a sofa bed and the room was massive. The free parking was really handy as were drove from Houston to watch a Spurs game. When we arrived we parked up and walked along the river walk had something to eat then went to watch the game. The supermarket next door to the hotel is also a massive bonus, it was really easy to load up on healthy snacks for the drive back to Houston. There was a coffee maker and microwave in the room which is big bonus.

The breakfast was absolutely shocking! I have stayed in many hotels and this breakfast set up is not good. The space where breakfast is laid out is too small, there is no order in such a small room and the food being served is just junk food. Just drink the coffee that provided in your room, pop next door to the supermarket and get yourself from fresh fruit and a pastry to go cos that breakfast set up ain't it!

Very good hotel. On site parking was an excellent plus. Our room was great. It seemed as if it was designed by someone who cared about space, comfort and facilities. It was more like a studio apartment; really good. Nice seating area, spacious , good bathroom. Breakfast was fine; nothing special but perfectly adequate. Check in was straightforward ( you can check in online prior to arrival to speed up the process). Nice pool area and small but adequate gym. Only a 15 minute walk to downtown l

Pool didn’t open until midday. Hours were ( from memory) 12.00 - 22.00… wouldn’t 10.00 until 20.00 be more convenient ? The lift was snail pace slow..maybe speed it up a tad ?

Check-in was fast and easy! Our room was very spacious and the location was close to pretty much everything. Parking was FREE!! The breakfast was simple but good (also free).

The elevators did take a while to get to our floor throughout our stay and when we did manage to use them, it was very creaky and making a lot of noise similar to metal hitting metal. Also, our bed wasn't the MOST comfortable but it was managable. A little side note would be, get to breakfast early because there are limited tables.

This hotel is a 10+! The location was perfect and put us within walking distance of everything we came to see and enjoy. The facility is beautiful, and the hotel staff is amazing - from the front desk to the breakfast staff to housekeeping! The breakfast selection was terrific, and we loved the "Texas" shaped waffle iron! Our Deluxe King Suite was clean & spacious, and much larger than we had expected! We hope to return to San Antonio next year, and I guarantee the LaQuinta will be our hotel choice. Thank you for the perfect stay!!

Lobby area was clean and modern. Good location and there's a small grocery store right across the street that is super convenient. Employees were all super nice.

Our room was outdated and needed some repairs. There was also a sock and other trash found around the room behind furniture which was off putting. The TV also had some dried crusty substance on it that could have and should have been cleaned.

Comfortable, ample and clean room. The breakfast had many options.

No tea option in the room, besides the coffee machine in the room was not clean; I usually run a cycle just with water to "rinse" the coffee machine prior to use it, the water came out brownish and I found a dead ladybug inside the water container. It doesn't upset me in any form, I just went down to the front desk area and prepared my tea there. As an opportunity for improvement, schedule regular checks for rooms' coffee machines.
