The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable. Our room was on the front next to the street, we heard very little road noise. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful.

I did not like having to pay a parking fee, when it was not a parking garage or valet parking. It was just a normal parking lot for the hotel. I feel I paid enough for the room , should not have paid $15 a night for parking.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The beds were incredibly comfortable, providing a much-needed rest after a long day of exploring the city. The staff was exceptionally courteous and attentive, always ready to assist with any inquiries or requests. Additionally, the presence of ice machines on every floor was a convenient touch, ensuring that we always had access to refreshingly cold beverages. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its comfortable amenities and hospitable atmosphere.

There should be better information about free WiFi.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff, near HEB store and downtown, quiet area, felt safe.

I didn’t like it being so close to BBQ restaurant because the smoke aggravated my asthma. It was pricey and charged for parking. When I reserved hotel I could have sworn it said free continental breakfast but I was wrong.

The staff at this hotel could not be more accommodating to our needs. They were all very friendly and helpful. I must mention Becky at the front desk who was so understanding and helpful. The rooms and facilities were excellent.

We stayed in a room that opens up to the pool area. The courtyard area is very relaxing and has a beat set up. Everything was to our liking and we will be back.

Staff was very well versed in directions to the B places we wanted to go, for food and entertainment. They were very friendly and gave us a room with a balcony ! We enjoyed our stay very much !

There was nothing I didn’t like.

Everything was good, HEB store located on the next block, with a variety of good foods to choose from, parts of the riverwalk was in walking distance. The rooms were very clean, and housekeeping were always on site to take care of any of your needs.

I feel that breakfast should be added free for all guest, there was a $12.00 charge for breakfast. Also, I was not able to get the iron hot enough.

Good location. Close to downtown, but not too close. Easy to walk to Mexican market and jump on Hop-On-Hop-Off Bus from there. HEB supermarket close by. Breakfast was nice. Good gym and pool. Staff helpful.

The room was spacious. Bathrooms where clean. Plenty of towels and pillows. Bed comfy. Like there was a balcony. The area was close to downtown/ river walk. Gated hotel after hours. They didn’t ask for a huge deposit. That was nice.

Nothing was bad. Maybe add a vending machine where the ice machine is. Room was little pricy for the night. $10 parking fee. No free breakfast but understandable.
