Clean, wasn’t noisy.

Expensive, stayed at the Double Tree by Hilton in Corpus Christi TX parking was half of what your San Antonio cost. Called front desk about complimentary water cooler, I was told “Sorry we don’t have that” I found one near the exit door leading to parking garage. I was not about to pay $2 for a bottle of water. Paying over two hundred dollars a night should be able to get a clean drop of water to drink at the very least without having to sign up for honors perks, of which when I called wasn’t offered to do that. Thanks for the free cup of coffee I guess.

The room was clean...the bed was very comfortable... The bathroom was nice, nothing fancy...

I was billed for unknown charges that were not on my invoice, like $65 worth... Then our reservation just happened to be during the Microsoft outage, so I had to write my card information on a sheet of paper.... Then I was given keys, opened the door and saw luggage and bags!... Oh my, this room was already occupied!... 2nd room wasn't preoccupied but the view I was promised changed from downtown/Alamodome to the SAPD night magistrate, the municipal court and lots of cop cars.

The facility was very clean and the front desk staff very kind and helpful.

All though we didn't use housekeeping for service we did interact with them in the hallway. They were not polite, they didn't greet you with a smile even after we did and said good morning. We've worked in the hospitality business we know that being polite and getting everyone with a smile is key to making sure a guest feels welcomed and safe. The other was being woken up by a fire alarm and evacuating the bldg that's ok but not being told everything was ok or even having a staff member give us the ok to go back in. We took our cue from the 4 firemen that left after walking in and then out after 2 minutes

I really loved the Starbucks there, the person that made my coffee was really payed attention to details. The whole time she was asking how I wanted the drink. I also really like the view from my room was really nice and the staff that checked me in and out were really pleasant.

The only thing I didn't really enjoy was how tightly the bedding was tucked in. That just a personal preference of mine I like to lay on my back to sleep but to get any cover I had to lay on my side and curl up a little.

Very affordable for a last minute hotel, clean and comfortable. Ideal downtown location.

Unaware of the $25 parking fee due once you get to the hotel.

What I really enjoyed was that the location was within walking distance to the Market Square area. Secondly the hotel had a restaurant and bar with a Starbucks coffee shop which was very nice,and the staff were very helpful and friendly which made it wonderful throughout our stay.

I would say the snack shop was a little overpriced with their items, but that's what you're going to pay if you don't stop somewhere else and pick up the items that you need before you get there. Two small bottles of perrier water and a 12 ounce Dasani water ran me 15 dollars.

I think this hotel is great! If you’re not wanting the crazy busyness of The River Walk this is a perfect place. They have a shuttle to take you to The River Walk too! And the drivers they have a wonderful!!!! Like having a mini tour with each ride. We really were happy that we chose this hotel. The complimentary cookies are a nice touch too! Loved having the restaurant there as well!

First time staying there , the accommodation ,location and parking felt safe and easy to get to our Dr appointments.

That I had to pay for parking but that’s ok. It’s not a big deal. Alison was very friendly and helpful even got a text from her asking if everything was ok. And if we needed anything to please let her know. Thanks Alison

Likes- I loved the location it was safe for me as a solo traveler and the bed was super comfy Dislikes- used soap bar in shower asked for them to clean the shower and the did but didn’t take the used soap bar out and then gate wouldn’t let me out any time I went out they kept putting my license plate in wrong each time I asked them to fix it.

the room was very clean and very welcoming, i loved that there's a Starbucks in the hotel as well as a restaurant. the pool was also very clean and relaxing. i also loved that the parking was guests only and that its very secured, they only open the gates to the registered license plates. worth the parking fees. i will definitely be staying here again.

i wouldve wanted a better city view, but wasnt a very big deal.
