Functional, basic amenities for a hotel of this category and price. Basic but sufficient breakfast, good-sized, quiet, clean and comfortable rooms, sufficient parking spaces. Not very far from main attractions in downtown San Antonio.

Amenities are rather basic, somewhat old (or look old), and sometimes fail, eg the shower curtain was too short and worn out, leading to water splashing outside the shower. The location is rather secluded and surrounded by closed down businesses, and there's not much else in the vicinity. No environmentally friendly conditions seen, eg use of disposable, single use plastic cutlery and paper plates for breakfast.

Clean room, comfy bed and fantastic breakfast. Lots of choices for breakfast, including healthier options rather than just sugary cereals and waffles. It is walkable to downtown. I was only there overnight so didn't get to use the pool or gym, but they looked good. They also let me leave the car there while I explored the city after checking out which was nice. Good value compared to the more central hotels, and free parking - would stay again!

Hotel is located on a bit of a weird street. Kind of a random industrial area next to the freeway. I walked to downtown (about half an hour) and it was only sketch for about two blocks, and then it becomes more built up. I don't think it's dangerous, just a bit deserted and industrial.

I loved my stay here with my family for my birthday weekend. First, I have never saw a hotel that had 3 beds in it. That blew my mind. The room was clean, big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was ok. It appeared that they had the same thing every morning. The room we had some buttons on the remote didn’t work, and one of the charging outlet didn’t work, but I was fine with that. I loved how housekeeping don’t come to your room unless you requested it. I had no problem with get fresh towels. As a matter of fact, they brought us double towels.

I didn’t like the location, and parking. The staff had just got there when I checked in. She checked me in and it seemed like in one whole sentence she asked for ID, payment, told me about parking, the elevator, the hours of pool & breakfast and WiFi. She asked me how many cars.. then gave me my belongings with papers. I notice I had a parking permit that needed to be placed in my vehicle window. At check out, the staff asked me what room I was in and how do I want me receipt. The staff wasn’t Friendly and had no smiles.

Comfortable bed. Good tv. Good location. Friendly staff.

Breakfast was the same everyday. Oatmeal was soupy. Eggs ok but sausage was terrible. Didn’t offer any non-dairy options. Shower in handicap room sprayed water all over so we moved to another room. There, we tied up the shower hose to keep in place. The sink faucet was loose so you had to use two hands to work it. The hairdryer was cracked and looked unsafe to use.

The receptionist was awesome, we had a problem with the room. She helped us out really quickly. She went above and beyond to help us. The room was clean and neat lots of space. Free Parking

Walking distance to the River Walk was quite a ways. 30 minute walk. when booking the Hotel, it said it was on the River Walk, but it didn't say it was a long walk. I wouldn't of booked if I knew that it was that far.

We enjoyed everything about the King suite we stayed in, the breakfast was better than other places we have stayed, the lady that was helping everyone in one way or another during breakfast especially when she would call next waffle or who is next, she was awesome!!! All people working for the hotel were awesome! Oh and we also enjoyed the nice hot and relaxing spa and the pool😎.

I like outside pools better than inside pools only because of the noise level.

Check in literally took just 2 minutes max and the staff was so friendly. The room was HUGE, beds were comfortable, AC worked great, and it was very clean. Breakfast was good but the lady working it made it even better. She was even making waffles for everyone. She was a delight. Will definitely stay there again!

When driving up, we were a little worried because the outside and neighbor properties looked a bit scary. I even considered canceling my reservation before going in. Glad I didn’t. The inside of the property was wonderful!

Room is very good and the beds are the promised size. I woull like for the sink to be separate from rest of bathroom for more comfort. The closet is nice and the hallways and hotel were clean.

No safe. Breakfast is very simple and not varied always the same food. Staff is short. I complained about an odor of marijuana in the hallways and until I brought it up the staff was not aware.

The breakfast was great, except for the cold biscuits. The staff was great especially the lady that worked every morning we were there for breakfast, she even made waffles for those that were having a hard time figuring it out, when I told her that the OJ was out, she immediately changed it out.

Did not like the bed or pillows, they were too soft, did not sleep well. I also did not like that the door to the balcony did not open.

The place smelled so good and it was so clean. I asked for more towels and they came up and cleaned the room also without disturbing any of our things. I loved the patio too.

Being on the 3rd floor but that wasn't their fault. Really crowded at breakfast but that's not their fault either.
