We got a corner room on the second floor.

The corner room that we had was adjoining to another room that was locked, of course, but they have the TV on all night long and you could hear it in our room very good. The front desk told us that there was nobody even occupying that room, but I opened the adjoining room Door and the other door you could hear the noise coming from it and the door that I closed from the jointing room did not lock so I put the chair in front of it in case somebody was to come through kind of nerve-racking all night.

When I checked in the front desk employee was very helpful and courteous. Got everything I needed for my stay and was very happy because my daughter was getting married the next day. The room was huge and very clean and comfy. And the breakfast they had was amazing, the cooks really knew how to make everything so tasty. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends. Thank you for allowing me the honor of staying in your fine establishment.

The location was perfect for our needs. We were centrally located for visiting with family and close enough to the downtown area to make our treks to the Alamo and Riverwalk exceptional. The suite was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The grandkids loved having a separate space away from the grandparents after being in a vehicle for 8 hours to stretch out and relax. The parking lot was well lit with multiple cameras for safety and personnel was there to greet patrons as we entered and exited the facility multiple times. The breakfast had a welcomed variety of choices for my persnickety eaters. No small feat. Mission accomplished! You made our Mini-Vacay a success!! Thank you.

I'd rather start with the good things about this hotel, but the format starts with the complaints for some reason. These complaints are minor compared to the wonderful stay we experienced. There was no pool. The kids were disappointed, but they got over it. You could have planned for a larger parking lot. There was only one place I could park my truck in the back of the lot when we returned at midnight because someone with a work trailer took up about 10 spaces. My non-commercial full sized truck was too large to turn comfortably in the lot. Even so, I'd stay there again.

my bed was clean, breakfast was very good , and last but not least my room was so clean and comfortable, thank you so much Definity we will come back here.

I wont change anything, I recommend this hotel to everyone good area for any place you wanted to go, also the entire hotel smell`s clean,

We arrived early after checking out of our Air BNB nightmare early. Even though it was before check in time, the Director of Sales and front desk staff, made sure that we had our 2 rooms ASAP. The staff was all exceptional, super friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful, with a great selection.

It is really close to downtown so you can just leave your car at the hotel parking instead of paying public parkings. A good 15mins walk to the Historic market, The Alamo and Riverwalk. The complimentary breakfast is good too. It is not that expensive so really worth the money.

Couldn’t do the one part of review. Can’t find my business card but the guy was overly helpful. I brought an elderly deaf person, he went out of his way to help me figure out what to do and how to get there. He is unbelievable and I do hope he gets a “at a BOY”. I observed his behavior and helpfulness with other people who had handicapped people and was caring and completely available. I was office manager for years and I hope you’ll know people like him are hard to find, and keep. Can’t even express how wonderful he was to us over all.

I did not find anything to complain about and plan to be back soon.

Good breakfast spread. Keurig available in the room with coffee and tea options. Dove body wash and shampoo. The property had a washer and dryer.

Ice machine was located on the second floor. My room was on the fourth.

We stayed in room 110 and it was very clean it really exceeded our expectations whoever is doing the cleaning does an excellent job! Location of the hotel was kinda tricky as we first had a hard time finding the entrance due to road construction. We absolutely loved that the room had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion dispensers.

The staff was incredibly friendly and polite. Our room was so spacious and perfect for my family of 5! The location was perfect for someone who wants to be close to the action, but not in the middle of it. The free continental breakfast was superb! The $99 rate was amazing.

Everything was wonderful.
